We had wonderful experience at Buger King today. After a dentist appointment, my husband and our seven children and I were all very impressed with the service we received.
In particular, I want to commend *Carroll* for being exceptionally friendly and professional. Despite our large group, Carroll was patient and never made us feel rushed as each of the children placed their orders. This level of customer service is rare to find in fast food today, and it made our visit much more enjoyable!
Additionally, the food was excellent—served hot and fresh. Please share our thanks with Carroll and the rest of the team for their hard work.

Wasn‘t that bad like the most reviews had written. Food was ready after a couple of minutes and taste was good as expected. Seating area was clean – what else you want expect from a Burger King.

Just came through and grabbed a Texas style whopper it is fantastic. Very fresh tasting and huge. Burger King never fails to impress me. This location has heart.

I’m the most understanding person when it comes to fast food workers and I know mistakes happen, but every single time we go to this Burger King we end up missing several items. We already had to pull forward and wait just to wait longer after bringing to attention the missing items. Spoke with a manager tonight and she didn’t seem to care.

My burgers are always wet. Hiding the flavor of your burgers in a lake of mayo and ketchup does not make a good burger. Kinda soggy food leaving me wondering if the patty was warm or not. I’d forgive them if this was occasional. But I have yet to have had a burger here, not in this condition.

Apparently they choose what you want to order now… don’t ask if you want sauce… don’t repeat your order back to you… can I give them negative stars because I don’t even wanna give them one star… don’t bother ordering mozzarella sticks because they don’t give you sauce for them or even ask if you want it (plus they taste like they have sat out on the counter all day)…. Everything was cold… not impressed…. Must enjoy eating your French fries still cold or even frozen and stale tasting
Doesn’t matter what you order because it will be wrong anyway and look like a small child assembled it because it’s not appetizing
Had to go in and still didn’t get the right sandwich
Waist of money next time I’ll just go home

Order at the wrong location on the app. Tried to call the location and got a recording that says that they haven’t set up a voice mail. How do you run a business without a phone? They had no problem taking out money but there is no way to cancel the order or get a refund

Simply amazing! I always get top of the line service from this Burger King. I have gone to many of them and none come close to this one. And the customer service is great! The food is always yummy also, the fries are always fresh and warm.
I would advise anyone passing through or living local to pop in and see what I’m talking about , fast and yummy! With great service!

Typical burger king. The food is good for fast food. The staff is a bunch of crackers heads and teens that are uncouth and sometimes mean. They really dont want to be there. Just expect tour typical burger king with spicey staff that hate their jobs.
