My spouse and I have found a new fave KBBQ to frequent. It may not appear as trendy as other places but it’s clean, offers a nice selection of banchan and sauces and even a few other side dishes. Plus has hot pot, sushi, and small after meal desserts. We went for the higher end AYCE and it was worth it. The amount of meat you are served for the price is better than other places and the quality is top notch. And if you ever question whether to get the premium meat box DO IT! So good!

Our server Jack M was exceptional and even told us his favourites and cautioned on the use of the grill. Have to be safe! Even the manager stopped by to see how things were. Thank you so much for the great experience! We’ll be back!

Our server was amazing! He was extremely attentive with our food on the grill and made sure it didn’t burn while also consistently supplying us with more food ready to go! The meat was fresh and the cuts were high quality aswell. So much better than my last experience with E.M.BOP Korean BBQ down the street who only served our table fatty pieces that were hard to swallow… I would definitely recommend the Boneless Seasoned Finger Rib as the best item on the menu! If you are looking for variety this KBBQ restaurant is the best!

BEST! I’ve went to just about every kbbq place in the Atlanta / east Atlanta side and this place is my favorite, I’ve been going here for years and since they’ve remodeled it’s even better. Here’s why I like it:

-The staff is amazing exceptionally nice and helpful. One of the first times I went there one of the employees showed us a dipping sauce that paired well with some of the dumplings and was very enthusiastic about us trying it, it turned out amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And I’ve never had a bad experience here all the years I’ve been going.

-They had introduced a beef curry and I loved it, when I came back the next time they didn’t have it on the bar and said they were not going to have it and replaced it with a mushroom soup, but one of the staff, (I think one of the owners or management) surprised me by bringing me out a bowl and she put it back on the bar!

– I often go there really late because that’s the only times I can go because of my work schedule, they are open the latest.

-Now they have a huge food bar and offer sushi, and their sushi is very good.

-I’m not Korean and they make me feel very welcome, are very friendly, and the vibes are immaculate.

– Very affordable for this quality kbbq.

I bring all my friends and family here when they visit! 10/10

Literally one of the best KBBQ/Hotpot places I’ve ever been to. Not only am I able to actually enjoy the food to its full capacity due to my allergies but the ambiance is also great. My server Anne is one of the best servers I’ve had. Very attentive and sweet. I’m surprised she recognized me when I came back the second time. If you’re looking for a good Asian bbq spot I highly recommend this one.

I have been going here since 2023 and it is the best Korean BBQ establishment I have ever been to. The prices are good, meat is great quality, and their servers are always so friendly and ready to help. Tonight Ryan and Emmanuel were our servers and they are great! Thank you for all the amazing service ☺️

This place has been through many names. The lastest being Morning House BBQ restaurant. First time trying it out based on the reviews. We weren’t very satisfy. Some restaurant is just a try it and forget it.

The foods were mediocre, blant, no seasoning, and service was almost nonexistent. The buffet bar is a joke. For the price paid, we were better off at other competitors.

I came here before the renovation regularly and was very displeased with my recent visit. They went from serving sides to it being buffet style which could’ve been a lot nicer had there been fresh food, and kept things stocked. Most of the sides I couldn’t get because they were either extremely dry, crusted, or gone all together. The cheese corn was kept out and at room temperature… and the food is kept in crockpots and uncovered… I went to the desert section and there was rotten toppings there. The servers only brought us meat and water and there was automatic gratuity added… if the food and service was better I wouldn’t mind. Very disappointed so I don’t think I will be returning unless things improve.

For the price, you would think the quality would be comparable to iron age atleast. The food was not seasoned or marinated. All the chicken tasted like it was just thrown on a plate and sauce was added. Also, the sauce just got burned on the stove. The radish tasted like fish as well. The only good thing was the steak that was offered as a way to compensate for the poor food. If you’re on a diet and don’t like any seasoning, I’d highly recommend coming here! If you’re looking for a great kbbq establishment, please look elsewhere immediately.

The owner/manager has an excuse for every little thing gone wrong here and will gaslight you into thinking you are wrong. I have never complained to an owner (check my other reviews) but this time, I really did not want to pay for this at all. As soon as you come in, the place looks inviting because of the station in front of you. Then once you are seated you are greeted and given the spiel of just “going ahead with Option A” for $40 per person where sushi (which we didn’t even want to get sick and try this) and all the meats. The spicy beef bulgogi and cube steak was marinated and great overall. The teriyaki chicken was not seasoned and didn’t have much flavor so you basically get bland chicken once it’s cooked. Then we had the shrimp and this was so sticky and came apart with difficulty once it’s cooked.
Honestly just go to E.M. Bop, all their meats and shrimp are dope!
The hot pot was a mess honey. From the server forgetting to tell you most of the ingredients are at the bar (thankfully I had already gotten my veggies for it) but him coming back and me having to remind him about it: “oh yeah we are waiting on the kitchen for it). I’m thinking okay, you will cook it for me or have to prep it somehow, cool. I was still waiting on it and two other servers asked me if things were good and I only wanted to deal with my server so I didn’t tell them about me waiting on rice noodles. Okay? I finally went to the bar station and asked Jackson (thank you for saving the day!) where the rice noodle is, he thought they were at the station but they weren’t. He finally came with them and I was so happy to see him! But unfortunately the broth was so bland the rice noodles and veggies were just meh. I really wanted to like this place and stayed because I’m a loyal customer, but this place is not it. When I finally asked to speak to the manager, she had every excuse in the book and even suggested talking to her vendors (??) I don’t care about that, honey what are you going to do for your customers and make them feel like they are being valued so they can come back. Girl, bye, never coming back here again. This service from the managerial perspective needs work!! Glad other people could have a good experience, but this just wasn’t it for us. Don’t even get me started on the big rice cooker with a woman’s long hair in it. We saw multiple people eating out of it before it was probably changed, I just didn’t want to look over there anymore, grosssssss! We told the male manager about it and he said he would change it, but he checked it and walked back to his post.
No, thank you. As a business, if you are already trying to be defensive then there is no point in talking to you about it, so here I am leaving my first negative review.
You should be ashamed of yourselves, you got your money anyway. Taking out gratuity for me isn’t it. That hurts the servers, which weren’t at fault here. The house still got $85 out of me and that’s just wrong, NEVER coming back here again. Do better.
And we left and weren’t even full, we are still hungry because you don’t how to make rice. It was my husband’s birthday too, shame.
