Each visit has been wonderful. The staff is happy and welcoming and the food is even better. Very nicely decorated cafe with a lot to offer. This is probably my new favorite place to grab something to eat. They have everything from taco Tuesday options to some wholesome breakfast options. I absolutely loved the freshly squeezed carrot juice (not pictured). They keep their place very clean also, that’s a bonus knowing your table and floor under your feet are spotless.

I had higher hopes for this place, but honestly I was not all that impressed. It wasn’t “bad”, but it wasn’t really great either. There was definitely a language barrier with our server (not a huge deal, but it did affect the accuracy of our order and overall communication). I was very confused by the menu. My go-to is typically a breakfast skillet. They had several to choose from, but only one that sounded good to me. It didn’t list any potatoes at all in the description though. Other skillets had them listed, just not this one. How do you have a breakfast skillet without potatoes?? I ordered mine WITH potatoes. When they brought it out, it was missing the eggs, so I had to ask for those and wait again. My wife ordered a waffle with bananas and chocolate chips on the side, which were also not brought out with her food. We ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy just to try it, and it tasted very run-of-the-mill. We are very keen on breakfast dates, and this place just wasn’t as good as several other locally owned options.

Please work on the service! I asked for hash browns, well done, I got fries. When I let the waitress know, she came back with hashbrowns that were not cooked very long. Never got refills unless we asked, the manager came over to ask us how everything was, so I asked him for a refill and he looked at me like I was crazy, so we asked the waitress when she came back to the table. I asked for a side of sauce I waited 10 mins for, so we had to get up and ask the people in the kitchen. I believe part of the issue was the language barrier, it’s okay of you don’t speak English very well, but please figure out a way to accurately take orders and be attentive to the customers. ➕ Positives: the fried chicken breast is delicious! Highly recommend chicken n waffles or it on a sandwich! Eggs were perfect. Carrot juice tasted like, well, carrots. When we finally did get a refill, it was in a togo cup and the takeout box was reheatable in the air fryer (so thankfully, I could crisp up my hashbrowns ). Everyone was nice. I will come back for the chicken for sure, but I hope the service will improve. I wish this business the very best of luck!

My wife and I stopped in for our first breakfast at Morning. It was a great first experience. Their menu offered a good variety of options at reasonable prices. The service was friendly and fast. And our food was delicious. The only downside was that both their coffee maker and Diet Coke machines were not working; which were the drinks that my wife and I wanted with our meal. I can give them the benefit of the doubt for one visit.

The food was excellent. Hubby had the Fiesta Omlete with hashbrowns and I had the KokoBenny with grilled potatoes (added onions and bell peppers) and a cup of broccoli soup.
The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back. I’m looking forward to trying some of their other dishes.

My husband and I are foodies. We have been to many restaurants in USA from California to Maine. We were hestitant to eat here because of the outside appearance because the plaza landlord really doesn’t care about esthetics. Wow! Were we pleasantly surprised. This place had AWESOME & amicable service & were very accommodating to our requests. We travel to Logansport just to eat a mexican breakfast. No more traveling to Logan when we have it right here and better. While we were in there, a hispanic mother & her 3 children, whom had driven from Logansport were eating in there. She said her daughter is a food snob and LOVES this place. They said it is better than any Mexican restaurant in Logan. They have crepes, tamales, American breakfast and brunch. I had country fried steak, hashbrowns, eggs and sausage and gravy biscuit. My husband had a freshly prepared and requested breakfast which wasn’t on the menu. Both of us were surprised how GOOD it was for the price. We will be back & can’t wait to try something else on their menu. You should try it too! Hometown cooking at its best!

My wife and I decided to stop in @Morning Breakfast and Grill for some breakfast to support a new family owned local restaurant. What a pleasant surprise. We were greeted immediately with kind hospitality and were seated in their clean and very well decorated restaurant. One of the owners seated us and took our drink request right away. he even took our orders and prepared my wife something from the menu. He volunteered to prepare me something that wasn’t even on the menu. The food came out within minutes. what a pleasant surprise! My wife are foodies and have dined in restaurant all over the world. We are both pretty good cooks as i cooked at the firehouse while on shift for nearly 30 years. I must say that the food was absolutely delicious in every way. We were both pleasantly surprised. And as good as the food was, the hospitality of the staff was even better than the food. they took the time to explain the menu and make us feel like they were genuinely glad we stopped in. After i finished my breakfast i was chatting with the server about how i loved tamalies. they dont have them on the menu but offered to bring a couple of them for us to sample free of charged. i insisted he put them on the bill but he refused saying he wanted uscto try them. I have dined at mexican restaurants all over the countey and in mexico and i have to say they were probably the best tamalies i’ve ever tried. If i could shout this review from the highest mountain top i would. We look forward to coming back to this hidden gem to try more delectable items from the menu.

We picked up to go while our daughter napped so we ate at home. Within the 6 min drive it was cold. We waited 15 minutes since that’s the time we were given when we ordered and it was under the counter when we picked up. So our montey Cristo and Enchilada took less than 15 minutes to prepare. They were disgusting, it showed sauce for the sandwich and no sauce was in the bag potatoes were nasty and frozen burnt. The chicken in my Enchilada tasted like turkey and had no salsa on it like advertised. Honestly the worst food I’ve had to go. We were so excited for this place since it looked so refreshing online but this is like retirement home food.

The service was great. The place was open and clean. The food was delicious and hot. Our food came out fast. Mexican breakfast menu with huge portions. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

The remodel the building has received is very nice and extremely well done. Very impressive. When it came to service, everyone was friendly but it was a little slow but I’ll give them credit because they are newer and getting in the groove. However, I was shocked by the cost of the food. Although it was good, it was not outstanding and a breakfast for two with minimal leftovers cost around $50 with a decent tip. We tried the chicken and waffles, breakfast pizza, a coffee and a Coke for around $42 and then add the tip. My father-in-law got a breakfast skillet and it didn’t even come with toast like other local competitors. Our orders lacked items that the menu said would be on them like bacon bits for the waffles and avocado for the breakfast pizza. Very nice people but I won’t be going back until I hear they’ve substantially reduced their prices. I only write this to encourage the owners to hopefully adjust prices if possible, not to discourage anyone from trying it.
