I went in to get a latte thinking it would be faster to run in than wait in the drive thru or place a mobile order. There was no line. It took 21 minutes for me to get a plain simple latte, while I watched dozens of other orders take priority. Where is the customer service for people in store??

This is probably my favorite Starbucks because of the location and consistent good service. When traveling from Wilmington to Raleigh and vice versa this is about half way and a great place to stop for a coffee. I usually stop more often on the way back from Raleigh. The service is always fast and I usually get a iced Latte with sugar free vanilla. Its always made well and the staff is friendly. If you are ever in the area you should give them a try.

A friendly Starbucks with helpful folks! Note that the drive thru is faster than going in – they are definitely prioritizing the drive through. Also do not park where the drive through line will block you in – interstate people are inconsiderate these days and the drive through line will absolutely jam you in with no room to escape.

This location stays fairly busy, being off the interstate. But I go to this location a few times a week and it’s always near perfectly clean and my order is always consistent, but even more consistent is the staff at this location. The baristas are always so kind and attentive. It has been a pleasure being served by the familiar faces here over the past few years. They genuinely make my morning more pleasant.
