Visited Mooyah in Sherman TX for the first time in awhile today. Both burgers ordered were awful. Why would anyone send a customer off with buns that are burnt? Not a little bit, but CRISPY BLACK CHARRED burnt. I asked for Swiss on my husband’s burger as well as the cheddar it came with. No Swiss, but they gave him pickles, which we didn’t want. My burger tasted old, like they cooked it earlier and then stuck back on the grill later. I’m extremely disappointed. I spent $25 for food the was truly inedible. There were 5 employees, no customers and the only person who greeted me was at the grill, which means I walked past the other people. If a business wants to know how not to do business, this place can show you. Not the first issue I’ve had, which is why it’s been awhile. I will continue to drive out of Sherman to get a good burger, which is a shame for a place that’s growing.

Good burgers. Friendly service! Due to health issues, I ordered (with dread) a gluten-free bun. Was it amazing? No. But, it was pretty darn good. I didn’t feel cheated out of the experience of a good burger.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I normally order from their app so I have never been inside lol. Their burgers are amazing and I don’t know what kind a bread the buns are but they are literally AMAZING. I’m a big potato person and their fries are so special I crave when all the time and they give you a great amount. With their app you earn rewards so quickly and they are actually worth it I think I’ve ordered probably 5 times and 2 of which I had a free burger! Probably gonna order right now actually.

I ordered their Diablo Hot Dog (It’s not on the menu when you go into the restaurant). You have to order at the counter when you first walk in. Definitely overpriced menu for what you get. The Hot Dog was good and my buddy ordered a burger that was not so good. They will charge per condiment if you let them. We also ordered chicken tenders which came back super dry. Fries were salted though.

I will always live this place! I love their fry’s, always salted and tasty, the vegan burger option is the best since I’m pescatarian. Their shakes are beautifully thick and creamy and the customer service from both Stephanie and Colton are the best! Overall the quality and quantity is amazing and I will continue coming back for more; if you’re looking for a good burger no matter your diet, come here and enjoy it all!

First time here and it was outstanding. Kinda like 5 guys and smashburger it better IMHO. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with fries and a mint chocolate shake. Delicious. The fries are similar to 5 guys, but are grille fried instead of deep fried. The burger is crispy on the edges. Veggies are fresh and the bun is made there and tasted fresh. I’ll definitely be back.

Would not recommend. Our burgers came out demolished, bun smashed and meat coming apart. The chips we recieved were burnt, as well as the bacon on our burger. The fried onion crisps were also stale atop our burger.

The guy at the counter suggested the sweet potato fries, and they were awesome! At first, I thought they were a little expensive. Once I tasted them, I knew they were worth it! I had enough to share with my friend and take them home to her. I added the rewards, and I get some free fries, too!!
