This is a clean location and employees are regularly making sure of this. They are also customer service oriented and pretty quick on serving you. Parking can be a pain sometimes due to the number of quick service restaurants in the area .
Today there was something up with the beef?. It tasted like an old patty today the kind you get from a frozen bulk box? Strange for them. MOOYAH can be quite expensive and when I come here it’s because I am craving a beefy burger. Must have been an off day? Appreciate that it can be ordered on a gluten free bun though even if not made in a dedicated preparation area.
Those Sweet potato fries were the Star today. Crispy, tasty and just the right amount of seasoning. So Gooood. This would have been a bad experience if it had not been for those. By the way. These fries are made in a dedicated fryer for the GF people.
I would frequent MOOYAH more if their prices were more reasonable. Still worth checking out if you have not tried them.

Because the guy working the register was not paying attention I specifically requested the jalapeños on the loaded fries on the side I don’t eat anything with vinegar so he took them back took off the jalapenos and brought the same one back to me wouldn’t have mattered anyway they were cold so that was a waist but the burger was good

We eat here monthly when we travel from Oklahoma to Texas & have encountered the same woman who seems to be in charge. She is very friendly, helpful and just plain nice. We ordered incorrectly and when she was asked about our order, corrected it with a smile on her face! The food today was some of the best we’ve had here! Everything was fresh and tasty!

The employees here are nice however I spend plenty of money at this Mooyah, but today showed me exactly how little they value returning customers. I went in for a drink, then stopped back by for a quick refill (which I never do) Instead of a normal interaction, a middle-aged brown haired woman — who seemed to be either the owner or a manager — decided to jump in and tell me refills “aren’t free and I can’t do that here”
She wasn’t helping customers, wasn’t busy, just sitting there and waiting to police someone over a refill. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary, and honestly shocking coming from someone in management. If that’s how leadership treats people who support their business regularly, it says a lot about the place. I feel god awful for the people that have to work for this micromanager. Do better.

There is nothing like being welcomed as you enter an establishment. John was awesome!! His personality was very upbeat! It made lunch more enjoyable! It is great to see such positive people in the service industry! If he is not the manager he should be as we all can learn from his positivity.

These are some of the hardest working people that I have met. They are kind, helpful and ready to fix you a great meal! I had dinner with my grandchildren. They enjoyed the environment and the food! So much better than the usual McDs! Thank you to the staff for being so nice .

Person who took my order was friendly and helpful. She made sure to list all the toppings in case I wanted to leave anything off. And they remembered my name the third time I visited.
Food was served promptly and piping hot. Serving size was generous, particularly the fries. Good hot dog. My friend liked his cheeseburger, too.
