We come to this McDonald’s once a week for playdate/ dinner for our kiddos. It’s usually pretty clean and decent. Today though presented a scary situation. I parked at the curb in front of the playground, starting to unload my kiddos when I looked down and noticed a syringe with a needle in the tip of it. I immediately went inside and got a manager to let then know so that they can call maybe public services a police somebody who knows how to handle these things and clean it up. Sadly, the manager did absolutely nothing. I’ve been here an hour, and the needle is still there. If you have toddlers like me you know they love to pick up anything they find on the floor. This can be very scary. Praying that nobody else’s kid finds it before the parent.

This is a good McDonalds that has a lot of kids as they have the playground. It was a great place to stop as we were hungry but also waiting out the storm that was going through.

3:01 a.m. and multiple cars are sitting in the drive thru. I watched several cars leave thinking their orders were placed, but no. It was because no one was answering the speaker. Stop wasting people’s time. If you’re not ready, just say so. There were employees inside, yet no one responded.
I went in and the cashier said they were closed and that it takes an hour or more to transition to breakfast. Breakfast at 3 in the morning? Never heard of that. Lazy service and a terrible store. Absolutely pathetic. I blame the managers for hiring lazy workers.

The boy with the curly hair and the black and white adidas looking track suit was extremely rude. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went us to ask how long it would be, he scoffed; shook his head, told me it was coming right up and then came back a few minutes later to ask me my order number. He was extremely dismissive and rude. However, the other gentleman that then gave us our food was extremely nice.

honestly don’t understand how McDonald’s is still this popular. The food is always the same – bland, greasy, and never as fresh as it looks in the ads. The fries go cold in minutes, the burgers feel like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp forever, and the ice cream machine is always mysteriously “out of service.” On top of that, the service can be painfully slow even when the place is nearly empty. For the price, you’d expect at least decent quality, but instead, you leave feeling both unsatisfied and unhealthy.

This was the first time I’ve walked into a McDonald’s where you order from the board and literally have no contact with an employee. After the breakfast was brought out I looked around for napkins and condiments. There were none.
I had to walk behind the counter where you pick up your food and make contact with a worker to requests those items.
This is a terrible business plan. If the objective is to discourage inside eating I would guess they are achieving that and likely losing customers.
Admittedly I seldom eat at McDonald’s and this experience certainly reinforces that.

Went to pick up my order at curbside got it at 2:40 PM once I got home i decide to eat my guava pie & McDonald decides that someone will eat this burnt pie which is ridiculous looks like no one was watching the pies to see if they need to drop a fresh batch they just leave them there all day and once you order you get what you get it’s just annoying that they don’t even try to make sure things are right they just rush because all they care about is that damn time they so worried about! DO BETTER don’t go here if you don’t want to waste your hard earn money.

This location before and after remodel can literally never get a whole order correct. Last time i went they didn’t ask me what sauces I wanted so I asked for my sauces at the window. They tried to charge me for my sauces and I explained I ordered nuggets and they told me unless I order the sauce WITH the nuggets I have to pay. That’s wild. They said they’d give me the sauce. They gave zero sauces. This time I went and remembered the sauces because the app actually asks you. And they still gave me zero sauce. This place has MULTIPLE times given me my kids happy meals WITHOUT the burger or nuggets. How do you forget the main course???? They’ve put toppings to a sandwich on the side of the sandwich multiple times too. Like they forgot it and boxed it so they just stuck it in next to the sandwich in the box. That’s weird… And they have a hard time placing a burger on a bun. How do you miss almost half the bun guys.

The employees are incredibly rude; they practically throw the food at you. I asked for ketchup and a glass of water, and she literally threw the ketchup at me. They ignore you and turn their backs. Sorry, but if they don’t want to work, what are they doing there? Terrible, absolutely terrible. The worst place to eat in terms of service. Thanks, but we’re never coming back.

Today’s food tasted good and was cooked correctly. The cheese on the double cheeseburger was melted and the burgers cooked correctly. My order was ready once I walked through the door.
Now let’s talk about fries. Not only is the quantity of fries getting smaller for each size, the cost is through the roof! When did the cost of potatoes rise? They aren’t significantly more expensive in the grocery store. A medium fry is now $3.59, large is $4.49 and a small $2.79. Also, the fries are never, ever full. I know menu pictures are marketing tools but every picture of fries on the menu, advertising and in the app show the fry container very full with fries sticking out way above the top. I have never received fries that full in years. In the 70s and 80s, sure, but not in recent history. If you’re gonna charge almost the price of a meal (today’s DEAL MEAL was $5 for a double cheeseburger, med fry and medium drink) for a large fry, at least fill it up! The picture of my meal was right out of the bag before eating. Compare to their one of many pictures of their fries.

Service today was less than stellar. Went through the drive thru lane 1. No one was in line so I thought great choice. I was greeted with “hold one moment please”. That’s fine, I can wait a moment. Now a new car pulls into lane 2 (since I am in lane 1). They get greeted and their order taken, off they go to get their food. Me, still waiting. Next I get a “Please hold one more moment”. Enter another car into lane 2. They get greeted and and their order taken. Me, still waiting. I had to back up, move to lane 2 to get service.
Got a large fry today, Sheriff Dave of the Fry Police issued a warning for not filling up the container. Not a horrible job but not great either. Hence the warning instead of a ticket removed a star.

See picture of double cheeseburger, this is getting ridiculous. If the cook/assembler thought this was an acceptable double cheeseburger then management failed at training. Went through drive thru so didn’t go back to complain. Took away another star as it just gets worse.

Much improved from last visit. Ordered a McDouble meal deal with extra cheese. Got 2 extra slices of cheese so bonus! Fries were full and nuggets were cooked well. Everything came out quickly

No improvement, sloppy assembly of double cheeseburger, fries were almost full . Nothing to make me add a star. See photo.
