Cashier was attentive and got our difficult order perfect. Burger was cooked perfectly and bun was fresh. Fries were awesome, and the two sauces we tried (spicy ranch & mooyah sauce) were a treat. My kids liked their meals and it’s good that there is a healthier choice with the side items and drinks. Top it off with a great Oreo shake for my wife and we are hooked. We will be back.

The first time my husband and I went there I had the turkey burger and my husband had a burger. The turkey was the juiciest burger I have ever had. We went back a second time 2 days later. We now have made it our new burger place. Kopps watch out once the word gets out on this new place the only thing you will have is custard. Best burger place around. Burgers, fries, shakes, and salads are great. The salads are huge! The truth is you can get a burger anywhere, but how you are treated makes the difference. Other burger chains just get you fed and out the door. The staff at Mooyah is friendly, smiling, and eager to help you out in any way they can. You can tell they are truly concerned about your dining experience. The best customer service in town. And you can save some $$ w/ the mobile app! P.S. We love the sweet potato fries.

Went here last weekend got the six degrees of cheddar bacon burger at the suggestion of the cashier. The service was adequate and the employees were nice enough. The problem came after i left and was nearly home. I removed my burger from the container to find a sandwich smothered in bbq sauce and baconless. I’m definitely not a petty person but when you pay damn near $10 for just a sandwich you expect for it to be what you asked for. I took a chance but was gravely disappointed and would suggest anyone in the area looking for a good burger to go to red robin where the food and service is always good as well as accurate to what you ordered.

At a place like Culver’s, I order a double cheeseburger. I did the same here at Mooyah and was glad I did. I ate with another person, we each ordered a small fry but were told it was a better deal to just order a medium fry and split it, so we did.
Oddly, we received our burgers first, told fries were on the way. This was after a 7-10 minute wait….. in a fairly empty period (before lunch rush). Burgers were good and decently greasy. Buns were fresh.
The fries finally came and they were a HUGE heaping pile. Seeing that, we wished we split the small.
The quality is there, the pricing isnt.

We came from the South side of Milwaukee to come check this place out and we are very glad we did. The burgers have plenty of customizations regardless what you’re looking for. The shakes are great and full of big chunks with a thick straw so you can suck them up. They’re very kid friendly with a giant chalk board they can color on and crayons with drawings. The staff really went out of their way to help us. My son colored one of the drawings and one of the employees (Amar) put it up on the wall right away and even asked him where to put it! Overall a great place to grab a burger with the family.

Atmosphere seems fun. Seems a little loud. Menu looks great. O have not gotten food yet but went in bathroom and it was terrible. That is an indication of sanitary practices, to me. On the TV they had a show that was showing someone having surgery, which is not good for having dinner too.
I did ask to change and it was done quickly. The workers all looked young and I wondered where the manager was at this point. These are things that a manager should be guiding there workers to proving that special experience.
One of the sandwiches did come without ingredient but was quickly corrected. Loaded salad was great. I had that with grilled chicken and rasberry vinaigrette dressing. I think manager needs to be paying attention to the things noted for the workers to follow. Lead by example is a better management style. Now one is above the most mundane tasks.

It was the end of the night….I come in with a free small fry coupon…they’re wrapping up for the night. Not only do they welcome me, but an African-American girl working gives me double the fries because it’s the end of the night and she tells me to enjoy. Service is phenomenal every time. These guys are great and I would highly recommend.

I like this place. Came twice in one week because it’s delicious. There were some drawbacks. The first time was super awesome. All of the staff was friendly, smiling faces. The second time no one was really smiling. The kid just sort of stood off to the side there while we looked at the menu quick. Didn’t even acknowledge us. The woman I assumed was the manager or supervisor was much nicer.
There was one thing that really stood out to me, and this might deter a lot of people, especially in this area: One of the other girls working had her gloves on because she was working the grill. However she had an uncovered water(?) cup on the end of the counter… Which she drank from with her gloves on. This is an open store, I made eye contact with her. Not the worst part as I silently screamed to change her gloves… She then right back to working without changing them… And then she went into the back of house with the same gloves. Came back with the same gloves. Worked again with the same gloves. I just really hope that isn’t the norm…
This really sucks, because I want to come back here, but that is going to make me reconsider the next time I chose to go out for dinner. Sad.

I took my wife and kids here to grab some take out. We bought a blackbean burger, kid meals and shakes. During the drive home after drinking our shakes my daughter and I got sick. Not good.
Not to mention they forgot my kids apple sauce that we paid for. My wife called to let them know and they immediately got defensive. That is the last time we go there.
1. We got sick from drinking their shakes.
2. Phone call was a waste as they just don’t care. They care less about voice of customers.
Anyone who goes here make sure do not get take out and beware of the Shakes or you will get the Sh*ts.
