Nice atmosphere. Nice location in Port Washington, Wisconsin. Pretty good customer service. The food looked delicious; however, the potato tasted and looked like it had been in the warmer all day. The lobster roll looked and tasted really good; however, I felt it “the quantity” of the lobster was lacking. The establishment did not WOW ME with the roll and the potato.

Incredible meal, drinks, and service at nautical themed Moonlight Tavern. Sierra our waitress was spot on in her skills and so accommodating. Not a cheap meal, but worth the cost for the total package. I feel they need to market themselves better though. They have a lovely patio area with heaters as well. One area of improvement would be having background music in bar area/boat room for a better vibe.

Had a great dining experience as well as an impromptu stop at the bar. Friendly and courteous staff with a great menu. I was really impressed with the blackened snapper and will be sure to come back and try the prime rib. Can’t wait to stop back for happy hour as well. A great experience rigtyoff the downtown strip!

Absolutely enjoyed our experience. We’ve had the charcuterie / cheese board prior to this visit, and it was all so fresh and delicious! We stopped in and got a lobster claw special along with the gost cheese curds with blueberry aoli. My mouth is watering just talking about it. I can’t wait to go back and get an entree! The staff was friendly and the service was stellar. Thank you for the wonderful evening!

We have a very old rembrance of the Port Hotel when the food and atmosphere was great. Unfortunately times have changed!! Prices and food quality have not followed the past. You expect high standards when you go to a restaurant like this but they where sub-par! First, shocked the bartender Austin could keep track of what we drank or even could keep count. Between the 3 of us we had $150 sitting on the bar when we had our first drink. We would have thought our drinks would have been taken out of the money we had sitting there but it was not. Then when it was time to go to the table we asked for the bill at the bar and we were handed a bill of $110! Understandable we were surprised, but never knew the cost of what we were drinking. Austin was slow to service the customer, and we told him twice we had reservations! We understand,, keeping the customer at the bar brings more revenue than at the table. Additionally we were seated after our reservation time with a totally empty bar!! Once seated at the table, we ordered red snapper, prime rib, and the rib eye. It was ok, just ok! The red snapper was very cold and extremely salty. The other two plates were ok but when dipped in the au jus it was very salty!!! Sub par to us and very pricey for everything. The waitstaff was great, but not the old Port Hotel we remembered. Old building,, basically minimal renovations.. stress minimal,, new staff, new menu, but sub par service and food quality!

The service was absolutely fantastic. We had the patio outside all to ourselves and they even turned the heaters on for us. The food is all gourmet and presented with a great deal of care. Perfect place for an anniversary date night.
