It’s nice to have so many options to eat on the menu as someone who is on a strict gluten free diet. Pick up was quick and easy and took less than the estimated time. The sweet chicken kimchi bowl was very flavorful and delicious.

Fantastic healthy food! Ordered the orange chicken and it had a very healthy twist to it! The orange chicken was cooked nearly perfectly and orange ginger sauce paired perfectly with the warm veggies and rice!

If you score a deal the food is worthwhile. The menu is very inclusive for vegans and gluten free. We got several bowls that lasted for a few meals and snacks. Recommend the sesame bowl.

Ordered 2 bowls and a side order of cauliflower wings. Wings were ok, both bowls were not. We arrived before the order was ready. All of the food was cold, the rice was hard as a rock and the other ingredients didn’t taste fresh. I contacted Moonbowls to voice my concerns about the quality of the food and was told not to take the food back. They refunded me $7 on the order, which isn’t right considering I spent close to $30 on the bowls alone.

Ordered delivery from here and the food was disgusting. How does a “Korean”place sell undercooked rice?! The rice was somehow both mushy and undercooked. The toppings were cold and bland. Seriously some of the worst food I’ve ever had! I had to throw away the bowls I ordered, as they were that unappetizing. Don’t waste your money here! Philly has plenty of way better Korean restaurants to try that are actual locally-owned small businesses.

I’m vegetarian I love the food but sometimes they get my order wrong, I usually get the sesame surprise. I contacted their customer service thanks to the person that helped me they were able to order me a new order through DoorDash. He/she was very understanding and patient with me. I just want to say thank you so much for moonbowl customer service.

Rice hard like leftover rice in fridge, chicken dry like sand, overall taste stale. Is this edible? I looked up the place, place seems shady. My order was through UberEATS, I went on Google just to leave a review to warn others. This place needs to be inspected for quality. Only thing I like is the packaging lol

This is hands down the worst quality of food and preparation of food in ALL of Philadelphia, both as a gluten free eatery, but also as just a plain restaurant. I have to order gluten free so my options are limited in this city and I have tried and tried to give this place a chance. I’ve given this place and all the copycat ghost kitchen restaurants it has (Korean, Lulu Hawaiian, and whatever other new name they have) many tries and placed many orders and many many attempts with the hope of getting FRESH food, but it never happens. I end up throwing all the food out. They send their food in fancy paper bags and good containers, but the quality is so poor – do not fall for the nice paper bags. I’ve twice had GREY days old chicken that made me sick. I’ve had soggy fried “baked” chicken also grey, I’ve had nasty wilted salad, nasty dry cold rice. Only once did I get the vegan wings and they were fresh and crispy, ONCE. BUT without fail you all cook the worst food, it’s under cooked, grey, soggy, and looks and tastes like you reheat food and send out days old salads, sides and chicken. Onions look brown, slimy, nasty, and the arugula is always wilted, nothing here is fresh. For a place that talks a big talk about freshness, why are you operating this way? What’s worse is they keep opening new ghost kitchen restaurants on Uber Eats and pretending like it’s new food and a new menu, it’s the same garbage food with a different name. The owners are constantly creating these “new” restaurants to bypass the poor service and ratings, serving up the same old nasty food in new menus under new names on Uber Eats. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL GET SICK. You will regret it once you see it. This place and ALL its ghost locations need to be investigated and shut down. No restaurant should operate like this in Philadelphia. The kicker? Customer service never even bothered to care when the grey rotting chicken showed up for me. Disgusting, you should ALL be ashamed of yourself. If you are reading this, just look below me and see all the AWFUL 1 star experiences others have had. FYI – I don’t need an apology from customer service, I’ve dealt with you enough, a dog would offer better customer service than your teams combined. Just shut down. I’ll be looking into opening an investigation into this place and getting local city council to review this ghost kitchen operation, specially looking into all YOUR operations and various rebranding – every week you add another fake “new” restaurant. This madness HAS TO STOP.
