Moon Thai Japanese never disappoints! The Pad Thai was absolutely amazing — perfectly cooked noodles, rich flavor, and just the right balance of sweet and savory. You can tell they use fresh ingredients because every bite tasted authentic and delicious.
The chicken dumplings were just as impressive — tender, flavorful, and perfectly steamed with a great dipping sauce. Honestly some of the best I’ve had.
Great atmosphere, friendly service, and consistently top-quality food. If you’re looking for incredible Thai and Japanese cuisine, Moon Thai Japanese is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!

The egg fried rice was delicious. A different kind of egg friend rice. We had the whole snapper deep fried to crisp and marinated in Thai chili sauce. Outside sitting. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking.

To wrap up my chapter in South Florida, I went to one of the first restaurants I visited over a decade ago. I would eat here for date nights because it was typically moderately busy and the staff was always friendly. This time was for a lunch before I flew out of the state. I ordered the whole snapper and fried rice. While I forgot to ask for no egg – since it was not listed as an ingredient on the menu – the food did not disappoint. I had more than my fill and am glad it was open for me to have one last visit. The fried ice cream is what used to bring me back to this spot, but I was too full this time to try it again. Maybe next time!

I tried this place for lunch h today at the recommendation of a tenant in my office and I am glad I did. My server was an attentive and warm young man named Matthew.

I started with the Tom Kha soup. 10/10 I recommend it. I haven’t had one that good since my trip to Chicago. It was served in a cast irlunon bowl with a handle.

For lunch I had the Spring Break Duck. When it arrived to the table I thought it was over cooked but MAN WAS I WRONG! The skin was crispy and the meat tender and moist. The flavor on it resembles sweet soy. I will definitely return.

What a great deal and experience!

Food was tasty, was just appalled at the amount of aburi salmon for $12 given in such a large container and no rice. I’m not one to normally leave a review but this was laughable.

You have the options to choose from Thai and Japanese cuisine. The veggie dumplings were tasty and the edamame is plenty to share with three people. I got the lobster Katsu sushi roll. It takes about 20 minutes for it to come out. I felt the ball and presentation was a bit much. The role was OK.

The Thai food is really good. Chicken pad Thai amazing.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting with a stylish, modern vibe that makes it perfect for any occasion. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of.
The food is outstanding…fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. Portions are generous, and the menu offers something for everyone, from sushi lovers to those who prefer cooked entrées.
It’s rare to find a place that combines great service, amazing food, and a comfortable ambiance all in one, but Moon Restaurant does it flawlessly. If you’re in Coral Springs, this is a must-visit spot—you won’t be disappointed!

I had dinner there last night and cannot stop thinking about the drunken noodles I ordered. Going back tonight to have it again. The restaurant feels very contemporary with ambient lighting and lots of charm and intimacy but not cold. It’s beautiful inside with lots of spacious seating with booths lined up against a brick wall and regular seating in the dining room. The bar is a bright bold centerpiece with large stools for seating. Great atmosphere right net to the movie theater and lots of take out orders. Food was very well priced and Sebastian, who was our server, was attentive and very kind. So impressed with everything about this place and sorry I wasn’t aware of it sooner. Outdoor seating also available. Do not miss this one.
