First I just want to say this was always my go to McDonalds since it’s right next to my job. But I just experienced my last time going there. Theres so much wrong at this location I don’t know where to start. I’ll start with this; A couple weeks ago I ordered 6 mc chickens for a couple of friends and I, and when i only received 4 in the bag I went inside to ask for my other 2. I’m a very patient person when it comes to fast food because I’ve worked in the industry myself and I feel empathy for people who make mistakes. However when I go inside to ask about the 2 other mcchickens, I hear a team member yell ” I know what I put in that bag, they can’t count or something?” I honestly wasn’t upset at the moment because maybe they were having a rough day but thats no way to speak when you made a mistake. Another instance happened recently. The sign on the door says that the interior of the store closes at 10pm. I ordered a mobile order to pick up inside. The door was locked 2 hours early when I got there at around 8:30pm. I proceeded to knock in which the employees inside ignored me. I know they ignored me because even the cleaning person inside could hear my knocking. Then when i went into the drive through, it was packed up for the same reason, people picking up mobile orders. This is absolutely ridiculous. People at this location clearly dont want to work nor interact with customers. On top of that when I eventually got my order it was missing a large fry. Now these 2 incidents definitely got under my skin but I proceeded to go back since this is the location closest to my job. Today February 16th at 5:30am, I went to pick up my mobile order through the drive through for breakfast. I notice that there is infact an employee inside when I drive by. But no response in the drive through speakers for 10 minutes. I proceed to drive up to both windows and honk and still no response. Miraculously, the employee just disappeared. Couldn’t see her through the windows anymore, just vanished. Now I have to go back later today to either get it made again or get a refund because I never got my food after waiting nearly 30 minutes. I had to go to work and couldn’t sacrifice more of my time for people who clearly dont want to do their job. This location has been a disaster and a letdown. From now on I’m just gonna drive a little farther down and go to the location on northwestern and Southfield. Their service has been a million times better the couple times I’ve went.

This was my first time visiting this particular McDonald’s, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
I love McDonald’s Caramel Iced Coffee, and so does my husband. We ordered a large for him and a medium for me.
– First problem: They gave me a small instead of a medium.
– Second problem: My husband’s coffee was way too watery, tasting like diluted coffee-flavored water.
– Third problem: My coffee was way too sweet, with an overwhelming syrup flavor and barely any coffee taste.
Does the coffee flavor change depending on the size? Because this was honestly **undrinkable**. I was so frustrated that they got my size wrong and messed up the coffee taste so badly.
My three kids each ordered a **slushie**, but the staff said,
*”Sorry, we can’t make the slushies right now. You’ll have to pick something else.”*
My kids were so disappointed because that’s what they really wanted.
I had already paid online, so I couldn’t even cancel the order. I had to change their drinks to something else. But then—out of nowhere, the staff actually made the slushies and handed them to us! No explanation, no apology, nothing.
**Final Thoughts**
We ordered **five drinks**, and **all five were disappointing**.
– **Wrong coffee size.**
– **Terrible coffee taste.**
– **Slushies were “unavailable” but then suddenly available, with no explanation.**
Honestly, this was such a frustratingexperience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

First of all, I had a special order and wanted to order with a counter helper. The person tried to push me to the kiosk. There were 2 drinks with the order. They were just placed on the counter along with my order. I had to ask for a drink carrier…dropped it on the counter. Then after I got home, only to find one of sandwiches was wrong. Just to note…there was quite a bit of vocal attitude for such an early time of the morning. I’m a little thrown off by the lack of professionalism on full display. Do better!

Ordered online. 2 hot honey snack wraps with no lettuce. Received 2 ranch snack wraps with lettuce. Went inside, waited 10 minutes to be asked what I needed, got the new food, only one hot honey snack wrap. Complete waste of time and money. Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Don’t bother ordering online or in person.

I placed a mobile order for an apple pie with drive-through pickup. After waiting over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or asking for my order code, I decided to go inside to claim it directly. The door was locked, but through the window it looked like a party was going on—more than 20 people inside. I tried calling the store, but no one answered.
I returned to the drive-through and waited at the speaker again, since my order had already been placed. Another 10 minutes passed before someone finally responded and I was able to get my food. While the person who handed me the order was polite, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time the night shift has delivered poor service.

Had our order taken and I am stuck in line with upset autistic people not feeling it anyway still in line after 30 min of waiting behind 2. Cars. My autistic child dose not understand what’s going on and if I drive off why she just wants her French fries. This has now made us not ever come to another McDonald’s store again

If I could give 0 stars I would…to see “workers” lock the door and stand on their phone making direct eye contact with you AFTER pulling up to the drive through for 10 minutes and no answer is just disrespectful. Now don’t get me wrong it is thanksgiving morning, but there were three other people who sat there and sped off because they say people in there and the employees look at them and just walk away? If you aren’t open then don’t be open, tell the customers you aren’t taking orders instead of leaving them angry about the audacity they have to blatantly ignore customers. Not only does the service count as far below average the food we’ve gotten there before is atrocious not to mention half the things are just “unavailable”? The person I was with made a good point, if there is no manager there then they feel as though they just don’t have to work but this isn’t some operation where you’d need constant supervision to do your job. You take the order and prepare the food and if you simply cannot to a task so impossible without anyone there to guide you then let people know. Some people don’t have places to go for thanksgiving and just because you work on a holiday does not give you the right to pout and refuse to do your job you get paid to do. I have to work on Christmas Day at my job but I’m not going to just not provide my duty and let those I service suffer on any day let alone a holiday. McDonald’s needs to get their priorities straight and start teaching their workers that just because you work in fast food doesn’t mean you can slack off and do whatever you feel again you are getting paid money it isn’t a volunteer event.

Dirty on the inside with flies everywhere. Staff were super rude and ignoring customers. Food came out either cold or piping hot. Staff didn’t complete orders correctly. There was barely any AC running, so it was super hot. Last time I was here I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget, and instead they gave me a box of tartar sauce.

I ordered online, and I dont have a car was just at spirit of Halloween and wanted to get something to eat before leaving. The person who like told me theyre closing the lobby just as I got there, I told her I ordered my food online, and she said then use the drive thru. Now as I said before no car. So I told her, and she suggested I walk through the drive through. I wasn’t gonna do that so I called the store, and the guy said he’d bring it out to me. I still waited for 8 minutes until someone else walked out, and told me my food has been sitting there.
And that first girl? She waited in her car watching me for that whole 10 minutes before leaving.
