Stopped in for dinner on a family road trip. Had 3 hand tossed pies and everything was delicious. We had a meat lovers, a cheese and a pepperoni, jalapeño and mushroom pizza. Staff was super friendly. Food was fast (considering it was tossed, made and then cooked after we ordered it). The kids enjoyed watching the guys toss the pizza dough! Little family run place and they make an excellent pie!

Best pizza in Colorado hands down and the manager Linda is a saint. You won’t regret ordering here at all.

I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been getting pizza from here for a year and a half, and today I showed up for my pickup order, they apologized immediately and told me they needed to remake it due to slightly burning the cheese. I enjoyed a free beverage while I waited and it was remade quickly and perfectly. The customer service and respect for quality was truly impressive, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for pizza night.

I’ve never seen a pizza place as greedy as this one when it comes to sauce. If I wanted Cheesy Bread I would have Ordered Cheesy Bread and not a pizza. . . I guess I shouldn’t be surprised considering this place has a “CBD Sauce” option for their pizzas. Hipsters need to learn to cook before opening establishments.

I wish so much that we could get good pizza in Monument. This has been our go-to pizza place for years, but we are finding we just don’t like it anymore. The sauce and cheese are so thin, it tastes like cardboard with toppings.

I searched google for restaurants in the area of Home Depot and this place came up so I thought to give them a try. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich plate and I must say I was not disappointed whatsoever! Fresh soft bread and the beef was so juicy and tasted absolutely delicious. My new favorite place to eat in Monument.

Staying at an Air Bnb in monument, wanted to try something more local. I’m pretty impressed, we did in store pick up, and immediately the smell makes you hungry, I ordered the artichoke pizza on NY style crust and the pepperoni on pan crust. The artichoke pizza is heavenly! And thin crust is crispy and adds a lot to it. The pepperoni is pretty standard, but nothing wrong with that! I’ll definitely try it again sometime.

As far as pizza goes in Monument there aren’t too many options. That in mind the pizza is on par with Old Chicago. The garlic cheese bread is excellent. The flaky pizza crust is used throughout the recipes. Jalapeño poppers were great. We got the specialty Spinach Artichoke pizza. Came out a bit colorless but the flavor was on point. Between this and OC the only thing holding Pies back is a lack in drink variety. If you have a sweet tooth you definitely want P&G. Couldn’t narrow down between cheesecake and zeppoles. Got both, both were great.

One of our stops of trying all the local pizza joints. They are very busy and very friendly. I really liked their pizza, but not my favorite. I am not sure my kids would have been a fan if we brought them, though they are definitely better than national chain pizza places, imo. This was our first time visiting, and we weren’t sure what to do to order or if we should sit down first as we wanted to dine in. After waiting in line, we were handed a menu and told we could come back and order when ready. It would be nice to see a menu on a wall while waiting originally. We ordered small thin and a small pan pizza. Thin was more of a regular thickness and the pan was super crusty and thick. But they had pretty good flavor. And our cheese bread was more like eating croutons. May skip that when we eat here again someday.
