After ordering for the first time, they had a little mishap with their printer so it took some extra time for our food to be ready. Someone came out, explained the situation and was incredibly kind and even offered us a couple drinks for the extra wait. We absolutely loved the food and were very happy with the quality of everything we had ordered. This is definitely or new favorite pizza place and we look forward to trying more of their menu!

Maybe it was the pizza we had, but it didn’t really hit. Felt under seasoned. The crust on the pizza was great. Amazing crunch. The man running the place was a great fellow, very welcoming and kind.

Super solid pizza in my opinion. Sure there is probably better pizza but this was really good. Only been here once, got a large with extra sauce and double pepperoni to go and it hit the spot. It was almost even better cold the next morning for breakfast. Everybody was friendly when I came to pick up the order. Interior seems no frills but very clean. Will return!

My son and I had a long day of traveling, we could have went to any place but my so. Insisted on pizza. I looked up places and Monument Pies stood out. I ordered meat loaded pie and had it delivered to our hotel, not only was it very good but the price, blew me away! I did wish we got plates and napkins but maybe I missed something on their website that may have accommodated such a request but the giant slices were not only filling but absolutely filled with meat, cheese and a wonderfully delicious crust. So if you’re traveling through or a resident of Monument CO, order a pie for dinner, you won’t be disappointed.

Definitely deserves a repeat!
Pesto Pizza was very good. The crust was such a satisfying texture and the toppings were quality and fresh.
Philly cheesesteak was one of the best I’ve had. I recommend the White American cheese.
Ryan was so great and friendly. He is dedicated to providing a top notch customer experience.

One suggestion: We arrived after dark and the shades on the windows were still down. The restaurant looks like it’s closed and not very inviting to walk in. Something to consider. Best of luck! I hope this place has wild success!

Stopped in for dinner on a family road trip. Had 3 hand tossed pies and everything was delicious. We had a meat lovers, a cheese and a pepperoni, jalapeño and mushroom pizza. Staff was super friendly. Food was fast (considering it was tossed, made and then cooked after we ordered it). The kids enjoyed watching the guys toss the pizza dough! Little family run place and they make an excellent pie!

We normally have decent service and wonderful pizza but our experience last night was horrible. The pizza was dry no sauce very little toppings. The bottom was burnt and we called to let management know, They just said thanks for your feedback.
This is now off our list as one of the best pizza places and we will not go there again.

We love Pie and Grinders. The pizza and sandwiches are the best in the area. I also think the owners really care. I once had to wait longer than expected and was frustrated because it was winter, snowing and I had my dog in the car. The owner got me an iced tea and allowed my dog to come in. If you have a problem just talk to the owners.

As far as pizza goes in Monument there aren’t too many options. That in mind the pizza is on par with Old Chicago. The garlic cheese bread is excellent. The flaky pizza crust is used throughout the recipes. Jalapeño poppers were great. We got the specialty Spinach Artichoke pizza. Came out a bit colorless but the flavor was on point. Between this and OC the only thing holding Pies back is a lack in drink variety. If you have a sweet tooth you definitely want P&G. Couldn’t narrow down between cheesecake and zeppoles. Got both, both were great.
The order portions were great. Each course could have filled me up on my own. I will be leaving with plenty of leftovers.
We didn’t try the gimmick of CBD infused goodies.
Monument Pies and Grinders has a patio and the owners are dog friendly. If you are debating between this and Papa Johns or Dominos just give it a shot.
