The food was absolutely delicious! Loved their queso and if you like some spicy salsa, I think they deliver. I’m a huge horchata fan and loved theirs.
Our waitress was spectacular and anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed refills or to go containers.
Overall, the staff were super friendly and attentive and the food was more than we expected specifically portion wise. Highly recommend!

Nice stop! Your typical Mexican restaurant done really well. All your favorites and a few less common ones. I opted for the Veggie combo with enchiladas and a fajita. The wife got amazing shrimp chimichangas. Great service from Susan!

Hands down, the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. And I don’t say that lightly. I’ve lived in Texas, New York, and Georgia, so I’ve put in the research. Monterrey Mexican Food clears them all.

Service is fast, attentive, and genuinely kind and it sets the tone before the food even hits the table.
Don’t miss the fajita quesadilla. Perfectly seasoned, sizzling fajita meat, gooey melted cheese, and that just-right balance of flavor. It’s something I have to have every single time I’m home visiting.
If you love real Tex-Mex done right, bold flavors, generous portions, and top-tier hospitality, Monterrey is it. Absolute must-go. I’ll be back again and again.

I had not gone to this place since 1 year ish but today we decided to swing by and it was so disappointing, i ordered a Mango Margarita and it felt like i was drinking tequila with water it barely tasted like mago, i ordered some texax fajitas, the steak didnt have much flavor to it, and the beans tasted acid, the tortillas were not warmed up properly they spli in half once i folded them, we received the food first before our silverware, i really hope that they pick up the slack the quality has droppes significantly i used to come here when i was a kid with my parents and it suck to se that this is what is now,

This is one of the better Mexican restaurants we have eaten at. Everything here is a little better than the norm and worth a visit. Gour of us dined in and were quickly seated, served chips and dip, sopn followed by the waiter who took our drink order. After we ordered, our food arrived quickly as well and was sizzling hot. All the staff supported each other on attending the patrons. Usually when things run like this, you would feel rushed, but that was not the case. We had a great experience and expect you will as well.

Great service, absolutely delicious food! I wish the kids meals included drinks. Servers are always REALLY nice and helpful, this is honestly hard to find these days so we really appreciate how awesome and friendly everyone always is. Fajita quesadilla is SOOO GOOD

Good spot for food and drinks. No need to go into all that much about this place as it has been here for over 30 years. You don’t pull that off if you aren’t doing something right. I just got a combination plater this time with a margarita. The food is good, fast even when busy and doesn’t disappoint. Portions are decent sized and you don’t leave this place hungry again for quite sometime.
If you are a chips and salsa person like myself, the chips are a little thicker and crunchy and the salsa is more on the spicy than sweet side. You can make a decent meal out of chipssalsa and margaritas here, trust me 😉
They have outside tables and plenty of inside space. I sat at the bar due to it being busy and me being by myself. Service is prompt and friendly with no issues at all. Good vibes.
