Hubby and I took our youngest granddaughter to dinner. Our orders were seafood, chicken with pasta and salad. Our food was served hot and fresh. Salad looked
Delicious! Our server Olivia was courteous, efficient and very friendly. Was our first visit at this location but mess pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be returning.
P.S. If I had one complaint it would be to stop deep frying the breadsticks! They taste of oil.

This place deserves a score in the negative numbers. After a very long day of traveling & stops at several restaurants that had long waits or were closing, we found Applebee’s which was always a favorite. There were 10 of us (5 kids), 3.5 hrs before they closed & no waiting. The only big booth was occupied, we said split us up. They couldn’t because the server couldn’t handle “a big group”. 45 mins later we’re still waiting to be seated. One entire section was empty. A group of 7 comes in, they say “we’ll split up” and 2 servers fell over themselves to accommodate until one of our group said something. The response: “are you leaving?”. If we’re not being seated we are. She took care of the other table immediately. I think she wanted us to leave (how much is a tip on 10 people?). It took forever to get our food, it was mostly cold, no refills on drinks. We got to our hotel across the street at 11:30. We were at Applebee’s for 3 hours & had pretty much only appetizers. Oh, and 2 orders were wrong.
I’m not a complainer but I will give a bad review when it’s warranted. We saw afterwards that there were a LOT of bad reviews for this location. We definitely won’t return to this one. I can only hope corporate takes a look at this before it needs to be shut down..

Fantastic Service from Elyssa!
My fiancé and I recently visited this Applebee’s for a quick bite, and our experience was made exceptional by our server, Elyssa. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, and truly on top of everything.
What really stood out was her thoughtful attention to detail. When my fiancé asked for no pickle on his dish, I asked if I could have them on the side instead. Elyssa didn’t just transfer the pickles; she went above and beyond and brought me my own small side container of fresh pickles to complement my buffalo chicken. This small gesture showed how much she cares about the customer experience.
We highly recommend this location and especially hope you get seated in Elyssa’s section! We’ll definitely be back.

Went middle of the day around 2pm. Shared the 2 for $25 with the cheesy cheeseburger. I didn’t take a picture…but it was delicious!!!! Waitress was awesome ( forgot her name). Overall great experience! Good Job Applebee’s!

West Chester. Our food was good (steak and chicken sandwich). Lots of available tables but 5 couples waited about 15 minutes to get seated. Waitress was fine. The bus boy was doing double duty cleaning tables and seating guests. Hard to get help.

Cleanliness: floors are sticky, windows need to be cleaned, carpet needs to be replaced.

We always get Applebee’s to go for Superbowl every year. Our food last night was wonderful! Everything was correct ans even had all our extra sauces. Lady working the bar who got my bags was super nice. 10/10.

We went on Valentine’s Day so we expected to wait and expected them to be busy so we went around 4:00 pm. We had no problem waiting to be seated about 20 minutes which wasn’t bad on Valentine’s Day, but our server Cessory I’m sure I spelled her name wrong, anyway when she came to take our order my husband had forgotten the name of what he wanted so he opened the menu to show her and she actually sighed at him, I let that go because I am in the food industry myself and I knew how busy and hectic it was that day. So as he is trying to tell her the sides he wanted I guess he wasn’t fast enough for her and she said mashed potatoes and broccoli at that point he just said sure that’s fine. My husband never eats broccoli when we go out because he’s afraid it will get stuck in his teeth. She had someone else bring out our order. Which I wish they had just kept the awful mess on our plates. I ordered a simple 6 oz sirloin steak it had a flavor that I had never tasted before it was bad my husband ordered an 8 oz ribeye it looked and tasted just like mine awful. We were never offered a refilling on our drinks. When Cessory came with our check she never asked why we didn’t eat our food or if everything was ok.I wanted to complain but my husband asked me not to I wanted to not tip her but my husband did anyway. I won’t go back there again.

Horrible never going back there initially when we first walked in there was no waitresses or workers around and it was very quiet. We waited with our kids at the front before someone came out 10 minutes later to tell us that it was a 10 minute wait then I said now the interest was irritated and rushing me. It was angry because my order was big. Ultimately, I ended up canceling my order and only getting the food from my kids. It was absolutely a horrible experience and I will never come back there again. They need to train their way to choose and staff on being friendly and maybe smiling the atmosphere felt sad and depressing and you guys definitely need to take pride in your work instead of what you’re doing you lost customers I would not recommend this Applebee’s location to anyone

Run down Applebees. We think their AC was broken because they had 3 portsble units around with box fans that looked very tacky, and even with those, it was warm in there. Our server was okay and friendly enough but did not tell us when we ordered our food that they were out of breadsticks and all of our meals were supposed to come with one. I asked about them after we received our food and that’s when we found out that they were out. The table was very sticky. Our pastas were pretty dry, not enough sauce. The black kid with the glasses and shoulder length twists and Nike sweatshirt was quite rude and unprofessional. He didn’t want to talk or answer questions and was on his phone the whole time. Our server took a long time to get us our checks, despite us being done eating and she came and got our plates ans asking if we wantes dessert, we still had to ask for the checks 15 minutes later. I’m surprised this place is still in business with the run-down interior, busted AC that still dripped on tables, and staff that acted like they didn’t want to be there. Will not be back
