Outstanding food, salsa is excellent. Small place but very clean. Friendly staff, large clean bathroom. We had tacos with rice and beans, I had al pastor, husband had chicken. All were delicious. Parking could potentially be an issue, we happened to park on a side street directly beside the restaurant and it was fine but there are signs and a map inside telling you where to park to avoid being towed.

It’s a casual five star spot, but definitely some of the best authentic Mexican food in Hartford! I have known both brothers, Alfonso and Wensis since opening years and years ago. Watch them build the beautiful patio and stay around even through a pandemic. Definitely a great spot for legit Mexican. Five star snobs can save their time, this one is for true foodies

They are not 5 star place, but they deserve 5 stars. Clean place, even bathroom. Good service. Best part: food is really good, I had Nachos and Carnita, both were good and very filling. Definitely will come back when craving Mexican cuisine.

I really don’t know how it’s 4.4 stars. Maybe it’s the fake profiles. I really don’t know what’s going on with restaurants on Farmington ave in Hartford ct. this is the second restaurant that me and my wife been too with a roach in our food. We Really hope that the inspectors aren’t getting paid to have a (A) in they’re window. Plus we had paid $4.00 for alittle bowl of salsa. Last but not lease. Please watch Lina that’s ordering your food. She would charge you extra. Then we had told them that weren’t paying for the food and if he was high. So not to disturb his establishment and the few customers. So we had paid without eating. How nice are we? This is the Receipt to prove it.

Authentic Mexican Perfection! With all of the wonderful memories we have coming with our Grandma, plus the quality of the food and the gracious welcoming owner, this is one of our favorite restaurants in all of Connecticut! Everything on the menu is delicious, plus the corn cake is out of this world!! Dont take my word for it tho, Mario Lopez also loves coming here!! (See his Twitter post in the pics!)
