If you’ve ever wished to make your own dish in a restaurant, here’s your chance! It’s great to choose your own meat, one, two, three or four of them – the choices just get wider from there’s! Tons of veggies and you pick the ones you want…change it up every time you go. Oh, noodles, oodles of noodle! Then, the sauces, mix and match ANY and ALL of them. If you’re new at this I’d suggest you ask for a bit of guidance for greatest tastes. Then to the grill where the chef takes over and cooks your dish. Included are drink, choice of two soups, brown or white rice. Have a great time. And no, I was not asked or paid to write this review – I just LOVE their food!

Good food. When we went in, the tables and floor was super dirty though, it was hard to find a clean table. Mongolian Grill is similar to HuHot, where you can choose the foods and sauces to make your own dish. It’s nice to have one in Snowflake/Taylor area, but it definitely could be cleaner.

So delicious!!!! I was nervous to try it because of the review it had, but I am so glad we took a chance and we also realized there were only 4 reviews so far so the only bad 1 star review was pulling it down to 3 stars which it is definitely inacurate because it gets 5 stars in my book. The meat and veggies were fresh and tender and there were a lot to choose from. I chose chicken, shrimp and calamari. For my veggies I had mushrooms, green onions and bean sprouts. The sauces I picked were teriyaki, garlic, sesame, ginger, soy sauce and the brown sauce with rice noodles. It turned out fabulous with great bold flavor. Very clean environment; bright friendly staff, and it is really fun to watch your food being cooked right in front of you. We will definitely be coming again! Next time I want to try the coconut sauce.

Nice place. They have a great selection of fresh meat, veggies, various noodles and delicious sauces to pile high in your bowl. My parents and I are vegan and they are oil-free (WFPBNO) on top of that. The staff are always very accommodating and will explain what the sauce ingredients are upon request. They have such good sauces! I love the “Thai coconut soup” sauce with extra ginger and chili paste and they love the curry sauce. They serve all the meals in a to-go box so you can do take out or just eat half your meal and have leftovers. We love this place and are so grateful it popped up in Taylor.

Not the greatest I’ve been to. The price is high, and it’s not all you can eat. Woman at the counter didn’t seem to have people skills, they didn’t have things like sugar water, cooking sherry, lime water, chili oil, etc… to make your own sauces much less a guide or even a description of what their current sauces are. I mean what the heck is “brown sauce”? The cook took a while to come out and cook your food, and then he did one person at a time which caused a backup. When he did cook your food he dilutes it with water which in turn washes out all the sauce you wanted in your food. Overall due to limited choices I might be back, but if this was a big city with other Mongolian grills I wouldn’t be. I’ve been to grills where you have a bigger selection, no limits, and better service for the same price or less, and for me it’s a no brainer.

I haven’t stepped foot in a Mongolian restaurant for over 20 years due to, what must have been, a bad example of Mongolian style cooking. My wife convinced me to try the Mongolian Grill in Taylor and I conceded due to the lack of variety in town for restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised to find the food very flavorful, filling and worth a return trip. It took a few weeks before I returned but after a second visit this place is going on the regular list!

Great food!!! Lots of fresh vegitables, a little pricey for the area, but on par with Mongolian grills in Phoenix. Food tastes great, it is clean and friendly. Plus it is family owned and operated.

I added a whole bowl of lemongrass ginger sauce to my food and found it didn’t even add any flavor. The rice was raw and all the noodle types were extremely greasy before being cooked. The ingredients were okay quality.

Always fresh! If you don’t like the food it is your own fault, as you pick what you want to put in your bowl and they cook it on the grill. You pick your own sauces also. My favorite restaurant.
