Excellent 16 oz Ribeyes. Very flavorful and cooked perfectly at a very reasonable price. The steaks are only served on Fridays and Saturdays. Bring cash because they do except cards. They do have an atm in you don’t have cash. Only 30 minutes from Des Moines so it’s a nice change of pace. Worth the trip!

Cool place to chill. The food is great, the pizza is particularly delicious. However, the fries here cannot be beat! In addition to the euros best French fries there’s also a pool table, dart board, video bowling and other games. There’s karaoke every other Saturday night too!

Clean and cute, have been looking forward to visiting, but not a very friendly vibe from the locals. Drinks aren’t any cheaper than the Big City, where they don’t get nervous around an IPA.

Our 1st time at Monalous. Her onion rings were thin, flavorful and not greasy. I had the chicken rice soup which was fabulous, we each had a cheeseburger which we also thought was very good. Will definitely be going back. Monalou welcomed us almost like family.

Pizzas are not made on Sundays and I wish I knew that. I got a burger and it was ok. Good bub, but preformed patty. Not homemade ranch. Good fries. Ordered a pizza and it was good. Love their onion rings though!

This is my neighborhood bar/grill. I can meet neighbors here I haven’t seen for awhile. When I walk in and sit down, they set my favorite drink in front of me and tell me the onion rings are almost ready. It is nice to go in to a place where I am known. The food is always good, the prices are reasonable and staff is friendly.
