I ordered my food on the app. When I got to the restaurant, they could not confirm my order. They said there was issues with the app and they could not do anything. My bank account showed the money was withdrawn. They were unwilling to resolve any situation at the restaurant. I had to call the toll-free number for McDonald’s, which they said they would refund my money, but they were not helpful or polite in the least.

Waited 25 minutes for my order and there was only one other guy in the lobby. Fries were room temperature, soggy and had a bad taste. Sandwiches made poorly. I witnessed people leaving because they got tired of waiting at the register for someone to take their order. Bad food and bad service. The cheese missed the sandwich. Lol. Staff too busy goofing off to acknowledge customers.

I am very disappointed with the overall experience. The day staff was not very inviting, nor engaged whatsoever. My order is very minimal, and the wait times did not reflect the traffic. The store was empty, as well as drive thru, and I still was told to wait in curbside pick up. This has happened several times, the night shift however is a very strong team. I will be choosing to go elsewhere moving forward. I don’t recommend this location if you value time or quality.

I consider my standards for McD’s pretty low, but I was genuinely impressed with how bad my experience was, 40 minute wait time on a 10 piece and a QPC meal and a manager was nowhere to be seen

Food was good, but there was a line of people missing items from their order. The staff was rude to a young mother for not bringing a receipt in with her when the staff messed up her order. Ultimately, that nice young lady just paid a second time for food she was owed because she wasn’t willing to argue over it. Staff treated me indifferently and with mild suspicion when I came back for missing items while dining in.

I had such a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s yesterday. The staff showed incredible kindness and went above and beyond to help in a tough situation. Their compassion and willingness to help truly meant the world to me and my family. It’s rare to see that kind of genuine care, and it left such a positive impact. I visited the lobby to order today. Clearly they were understaffed and very busy. I understand the concept of fast food means fast BUT they were doing their best. I was floored at how a teacher from Chenoweth talked about the staff to other customers. I’m more concerned about the lack of patience from someone trusted to educate children daily than how quickly my food gets out. The staff were extremely friendly and working hard, nobody was standing around ignoring her. I will continue to return to this location. My food was great. I was very impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of the workers.

Service was a bit slow to pick up on that, I had a buy 1, get 1 free sandwich code from taking a survey online; we were initially charged for 2 sandwiches. Thankfully, the issue was resolved.

Ordered on the automated kiosk because no one was there, then followed the instructions to take the tent with a number and wait at my seat for my food. I sat for 20 mins with my kids going crazy before going up to ask where my food was. They said here at the counter, I was supposed to come get it… the automated system tells you to sit down and wait, while the employees chill on their phone and don’t bring you your food, then tell you it’s your fault. lol thank you for making me wait 20 mins for cold food, so you can be lazy..
