Their food is SO good….breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The portions are generous. Their chicken fried steak takes up the entire plate. Yikes! 😉 Staff is very friendly and prompt. Food is served quickly, hot, and exactly as ordered. The atmosphere gives old-timey diner where you just know the food is awesome. They have not disappointed thus far.

For breakfast this was very good. Good size portions and everything seemed fresh. The service is what I expected. They got the order right, they refilled my coffee with a cheer in their voice. The place was clean and had suitable seating. There was nothing fancy about this place that seemed like the homie old fashioned diner that I was used to going to as a younger person. The next time I’m in Tulsa I would definitely go back for breakfast.

The red white signage sorta put me off.
Prior to noon and this dinner was almost packed. Wow!
I smell the sweetness from the roll.

This place offers a classic breakfast diner experience. The prices are fantastic, and I couldn’t resist trying the steak, which was very tender and cooked perfectly. However, I felt it could have used a bit more seasoning, as the flavor fell a bit flat for me, and I ended up using A1 sauce to enhance it. That said, the overall value for the price is excellent, and I think it’s a great spot to enjoy a hearty meal.

Chicken fried steak with white gravy, eggs, hash browns, rye toast, and a side of grits. Oh and coffee of course. Cup never went dry. Those of you that are meticulously of the coffee/contaminate ratio would probably get upset from the almost constant addition to my cup. Another reason I’m a black coffee fan. Gratefully it’s good coffee which is another waning practice in the industry. CFS was excellent and a decent size. Hash browns cooked properly which seems to be a passing thing in most places. As far as the eggs go, for several years due to my eating out often due to my occupation, I normally tell the wait person to surprise me. I usually do stipulate no over medium as that seems to be the default . I didn’t and that’s what I got. They were cooked correctly, no complaints. Nice place, friendly people. Was packed when I first arrived around 845. Rices are slightly less than average for the area.Well worth your time.

Truly massive portions at a very fair price. The food was excellent and the atmosphere cozy. Our waitress gave incredibly poor service but I’ll let that slide.

I rated it a 2 because my bestie and I went there for breakfast X-mas day or day after and we found our seats. We’ll, our a waitress comes over and speaks and realizes we are first-timers. So she gives us quite a few popular suggestions for our meal. Finally, OUR a waitress comes by takes our order. Moments pass us by and OUR waitress returns with our order and leave the ticket on the table and NEVER RETURNS AGAIN. We weren’t asked about refills, condiments, or anything. My friend had to literally get up and find ketchup. So with all this being said one other waitress came by to ask us if there was anything else we needed. My bestie told the young lady to speak with our waitress regarding her skills because in my book that just cost you your tip. Do Not EVER assume people WILL NOT tip. If you treat me well I definitely will treat you well. I have ONLY worked a position once where I received tips and treating people as you would like to be treated goes a long way. I will think about returning, not quite sure yet. Otherwise, food was pretty good, ambiance was ok.
