Ordered some takeout today for lunch and I told them to call me when they are here (i’m in a apartment) after waiting a hour I still didn’t have my food so I call the place and she starts yelling at me saying I didn’t answer my phone. I tell her I have no missed calls and I can prove it. She yelled at me telling me I was wrong and that they would bring the food only if I paid another delivery charge, but I told her no and that to bring my food now, so they ended up doing it but the pot stickers were old/cold. I’ve never had to post about a bad experience ever but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I recommend staying away from them.
