Phenomenal!! If you want the “old time diner” experience this is the place to go. Food is amazing, the staff is super friendly and the chocolate shake is to die for. They offer single, double and triple burgers. I did the triple once and it was difficult to get my mouth around, but the taste….. Wow!
Each booth has its own quarter operated mini jukebox that feeds into the main floor jukebox, which plays through the house speakers. There is an Elvis room, dedicated to The King. I believe it’s used primarily for a larger group, but if it’s not open you can ask at the counter to see it and they’ll open it up and let you look around.
It’s 2 hours from our house and it’s worth every mile. We’ve taken family and friends with us multiple times just to make sure they experience it.

OMG ! Last minute decision to pass the thruway and see what downtown was like. This restaurant was intriguing from outside . Inside was A SURPRISE and UNIQUELY WONDERFUL ! A must see. And a must go in and eat !! Limited menu. Not many vegetarian choices but waitress was PLEASANT and worked w me to make a special lunch choice . Home made sub rolls , home made fries, burgers of all kinds and pizza.

All these five-star reviews are laughable. What’s this rating system we have nowadays? Everywhere has 5 star reviews including fast food. That being said I’ll leave a real review. Food is average at best and the service was ok. It’s just typical diner food, nothing spectacular.

Great diner, burgers were flavorful and large, fries and onion rings were hot and crispy, the shakes were delicious and thick. The old signs & ads everywhere were great and you can choose the music from a small jukebox right at your table.

Service is terrible. The owner and his wife were very rude when my 70 yr. old mother asked for a slice a bread to go with her meal. Takes forever to get your food, waitstaff talk behind your back. Food tastes mediocre best and overpriced.

We enjoyed our visit to Mom’s Diner. The atmosphere is great with the old vintage diner feel. Lots of old signs and plenty of vintage neon hanging on the walls.. Food was really good!!! Server was very friendly and always checking to see if we needed anything.. Portions are huge for the price!!! Place is well kept, clean and fun. Would definitely recommend anyone stop if there in the Archbold area.

Take me back to the 50s! What a great diner! A surprise Elvis room even. Sub buns were fresh baked buns!
