This place is amazing. I drive a truck and I was getting fuel and I saw it and I went over there to get some barbecue. The barbecue is amazing had great taste was very moist, but the staff inside was amazing as well. The girl that helped me was so friendly and so nice if I come back through, I wanna stop again.

This place has an old road side diner vibe. Counter service but they the bring food to your table. Food came out fast. Four bbq sauce choices. Food was good. The menu has the four food groups covered. Will come again.

There were so many choices. We tried the pulled pork, smoked brisket, and the smoked turkey. For sides we got potato salad, BBQ beans, fried okra and hush puppies. The pulled pork was everything you’d expect from smoked pork. The flavor and moisture content were spot on. The smoked turkey had great smoked flavor, but very little smoke ring. The brisket had a nice 1/4 to 1/2 inch smoke ring and great flavor, not as moist as I prefer, but all in all there was no disappointment in the meat. The hush puppies were perfect, I could have used a couple more. We both enjoyed the BBQ beans with hints of pulled pork. These were not sweet beans which made them better. The potato salad was mustard based, not my wife’s favorite. However they were well done. I tried a few of the sauces, none of them overwhelmed me. Me not being a sauce guy doesn’t mean they are bad, just didn’t do it for me.

Ordered the brisket plate, green beans, and fried mushrooms. Food came out immediately. The “smoked” brisket was ice cold, no bark, a peculiar light grey almost white color, very mushy and watery like it had broken down and started to spoil from condensation from being in a refrigerator for a really long time. I mentioned it to the server and she took the meat back to the kitchen and brought back the same meat on a plate still cold, and still disgusting. Somebody is going to get sick. Dining area is very dirty. Shame.

What an awesome place! Great friendly service. The food is soooooo good here! Highly recommend the pulled pork with smoked sausage! They give you huge portions at such a reasonable price. I had more than I could have possibly eat at one sitting! Absolutely love the decor. Very welcoming and homey feel as soon as you walk in. Will most definitely be back again!

The employees were friendly. The two men had our large order out very quickly. It had a wonderful family atmosphere. The food was so amazing. Just delicious. My sister and I talked about it all day. It was one of my greatest restaurant experiences this year. Will be coming back when I’m in town.

Was excited to try this place. Ordered brisket plate with fried mushrooms, sweet potatoe fries and hush puppies. Requested one of each of the 3 sauces but only received two. The brisket was moist and tasted good but was very fatty. Not sure what hit me wrong but woke several times with horrible heart burn and indigestion. Thinking either the brisket fat or mushroom grease.

We stopped in by chance and were thoroughly happy with our choice. We tried alittle of everything hamburgers, turkey plate, and ribs and we left full and happy. Our faves…the sweet bbq sauce, turkey, fries and THE best onion rings. Not greasy at all. The restaurant was super clean including the bathrooms and service was great. We totally recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.
