Seeing that I’m a creature of habit, I ordered pretty much the same thing. The issue is that I have constantly return to have my order fixed. I pay for extra items, like hot sauce. I can easily say that my order correct two out 10 times. It’s as though the person preparing my order doesn’t pay attention or simply doesn’t care. The manager is a fantastic person.

Had to wait in line at the speaker so they could finish the order ahead of me that took about 8 mins nothing fast food about this place. Cheese wasn’t even melted nor where the fries cooked properly either (soggy like pulled to early)

I’m sick and tired of lazy Burger King employees, and I’m not going back. For YEARS now when I order a whopper sandwich with no tomato onions or cheese, it winds up being served plain. No mayonaise whatsoever, a spot of ketchup the size of a dime, and they don’t even have that “flame broiled” taste anymore. And it’s not just this location, it’s every Burger King in the area.

Fast food is fast food, my go to is always the whopper with cheese meal. I don’t have any complaints about the food, normally this place is super busy so it was nice to swing through the drive through when it wasn’t as busy. My only complaint would be that maybe the people working the window would be a little more on their game instead of say “what” when I order an item and having to repeat myself. Repeating myself is my biggest pet peeve but otherwise this was a smooth and quick food run.

Had to give the drive thru guy my “iced” tea back twice for more ice. Nice kid. I had to explain to him that if the tea is warm, when you put ice in it, it melts fast. Entire burger was warm, like it had just been nuked.

Poor service. I go to this place twice a day. Recently, I have started not getting what I order. This has happened several times within the past two weeks. Today, when I tried to insist on their getting the order correct, they said I was disrespecting them. They blame the people who were there yesterday. No ” sorry”, just blaming someone else. They don’t seem to realize I was the one being disrespected. They say I should check the order (which requires unwrapping everything), but that is not my job. It is their job to get the order correct.
