It is noticeably pricier than your average Chipotle, but the quality is worth it!

The staff is SO friendly and the food is so great! The bee cave location is unmatched. Seriously everyone who works here is amazing. Food is always fresh; it’s not uncommon to get veggies or protein straight off the grill, literally! Honestly I probably eat here too often but the great service and fair prices keep me hooked!

My family was in town for a conference and stopped by Moe’s for a bite, which was our first time to visit. Dylan greeted us as soon as we walked in and was BEYOND helpful. His kind and compassionate demeanor coupled with his obvious passion for his job was refreshing ray of sunshine in a world where great customer service is harder and harder to find. He took the time to explain every ingredient to us in order to ensure that we would be happy with the end product, and knowing how picky my wife and two daughters can be sometimes, he handled it with class. It was obvious that we were no trouble to him, and he was happy to help. Many places today seem frustrated with the smallest request that deviates from the norm, but that was not the case at all at Moe’s. Dylan made so much of an impact on our family that we discussed his excellent customer service as we enjoyed the amazing burritos, and when we were done, we shared with him our appreciation for making us feel valued and appreciated as customers. The burritos were amazing, the salsa was killer, and the endless tortilla chips were a nice addition, especially when places like Cheapotle charge you extra for everything. Give Moe’s a chance! You WON’T be disappointed!

The customer service is usually pretty good. Very friendly staff. They have dishes you can completely customize to your particular tastes. When the food is fresh, it’s the best I have tasted in fast food TexMex. Their taco salad “The Close-talker” can be absolutely sublime.

Kind of like a Chipotle. Food was ok- the meat was cold as if it was sitting out for a while. Needs more cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area. The staff was very friendly. Gave us a lot of food for a good price.

The names they give their dishes and the online menu presentation don’t do them ANY favors, but the food and service are excellent and that’s all I really care about.

We tried out Moe’s in Bee Caves and it was a disappointment. It is closer to Taco Bell than Chipotle. I would say between Taco Bell and QDoba. The food is not nearly as fresh, they made the order wrong, just not really good. Price was similar to Chipotle. The salsas out for self-service looked like they had been out there all day. Who serves crispy taco shells in Austin? Taco Bell or DQ. For tacos you can choose between flour and crispy corn taco shell. For burritos you can choose between flour and whole wheat but we didn’t have a burrito so can’t compare. The Pico did not look fresh more like it came prepackaged. The queso was ok, it was white queso and not bad but chips were more like bag chips than what you would get at Chipotle or a restaurant. I had a salad with spicy chicken. Chicken was like they took the regular grilled chicken but put it in a spicy sauce. If you prefer Santa Fe style food vs Tex-Mex you might like it more than we did. If you are looking for quick Tex-Mex nearby try Torchys or Austin Burrito Co. Better, fresher for the same price.

It’s great food as long as it’s fresh. I love their taco salads. Sometimes the lettuce is brown, though.

In my opinion, it was a better chipotle. Nice staff, good food, more options than chipotle, and just overall great.
