I love Moe’s, but this was the worst one I’ve ever been to. Everything about it says management problems. There was tape holding the front door open (deferred maintenance). There was only one overworked employee who was also training someone, so she was frazzled and having a hard time keeping up with the few customers. The chips were stale and the tomatillo salsa tasted sour like it had been out too long.

Would not recommend coming here, the kitchen looked a mess chips everywhere and didn’t look sanitary. Only reason I tried it because my friend said it was better than chipotle but no it’s not. I got the chicken burrito and it had no flavor at all, staff didn’t seem too friendly. Salsas weren’t good and I love salsas so it was disappointing.

Fiancé and I stopped in for something different than what we normally get. The guy we were served by either hated his job or thought he was too slick to be working there. Huge helping of beans, I had requested double protein in mine and barely got a full scoop. When I said something, Joe Slick just looked at me and smiled. However he didn’t neglect to charge me for the double helping.

I love Moe’s, but this location is gross. 11:15 am the store was disgusting. Im pretty sure I was the first customer.. This is a picture of the pop machine. It’s like no one took the time to clean when they closed last night. Tables had crumbs on them and the floor was a mess. I could only imagine what it looks like in the prep area.

When we arrived, we were the only customers. There was no one out on the floor. After ordering our food, we found the chips to be inedible, the soft drink dispenser not working and when I asked someone about the chips (not exaggerating) that could break a tooth, I was told, “we made all the chips the same way today, so I could remake it, but it will be with the same chips”, I was NOT HAPPY! We decided to just leave….after spending $23, and couldn’t even throw our trash away. We will never go back. Piss poor service and horrible attitude towards the customer! Disappointed!

My wife and I had never been there before. She had a gift card for them and we decided to try it out. I was really surprised, very good food, with a wide variety of things to choose from. Be hungry when visiting them though, you get a lot of food.
