Ive been to this establishment only a few times and they aren’t very kind in general. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would due to this most recent experience. The person who made our nachos made one set with about 5 chips, and a little bit of toppings. It barely covered the bottom of the bowl. On my second set of nachos I made sure to put that I did not want queso, yet they made it with queso. Now asking for it to be remade is not a big deal, however the way they talk to you and treat you when explaining why is rude and unprofessional. Even just asking for the nachos with queso to be made without queso as ordered on the online order while providing proof that it was ordered that way when asked was unprofessional. Saying I get it how is made and that’s it. The boy who handle my issues was absolutely rude and snarky. Constantly making rude comments. When I requested the manager after being told no I could not have a refund, the boy laughed at me and told me I’d have to deal with him or get over it. I requested he find me a manger or call one, he proceeded to do so thankfully. The manager he called was no better, the manager was also very unprofessional and said he didn’t see a problem with it. Refuses my refund and said I can accept the food as is. I happened to see a familiar boy who has always been kind working and asked if he could remake it, he was nice and remade one but they would not remake the one that had queso when I requested no queso. When managers behave unprofessionally it’s no surprise when the staff acts the same. The whole establishment needs retrained on professionalism, and customer service.

Do not recommend! Slowest people I’ve seen in my life I’m pretty sure a turtle could move faster than everyone in there combined it’s a shame how this establishment is being ran stood in line for 20 minutes holding my baby to get a quick bit to eat but ended up leaving never coming here again do not recommend

I will not be back to this mismanaged mess. When I came in on a Monday evening there were only 2 people in front of me which quickly changed. The more people that came through the door the less and less we were able to practice Covid-19 protocols to social distancing. The staff member at the front of the food line didn’t make it any better she kept yelling over other customers to get the next ones order started when the rest of the line staff and food items weren’t ready to receive that order. The food area was messy, unorganized and missing a lot of food items. Typically your food moves down the line you do as well however when no ones dishes are moving customers don’t move which was a traffic jam of people on top of me which made me highly uncomfortable. I yelled “so much for social distancing” because a woman was reaching and yelling over my head which was rude. It took over 20 minutes to get my food and I will not be back.

Everything was good, but wheelchair accessibility is not great. The walkways between tables is so small that even with no one sitting at any of the tables I didn’t fit on either side. We had to move them for my smaller than standard adult chair to fit through. Employees were great about helping get everything to my table, though. I’ll definitely be back, but I’ll stick to the off hours when the dining room is mostly empty.

The food is usually fresh, but sometimes, the rice has been around for a while. Most of the staff is nice and competent, but they have a few that just seem like they would rather be somewhere else.

Had an order Monday for this Moes and the order was wrong. Few of my things were missing. Called the same day and spoke to an employee, was TOLD we could get another bowl with the stuff included. Come to find out they were on gonna give me the 3 things in two small cups. Okay. Did you think I was gonna save my bowl and put those things on it? No. What I was told I would get a fresh bowl with my stuff that was missing. I’m absolutely disappointed. The guy that was in there was absolutely rude and didn’t help at all.
