I recently visited Moe’s Southwest Grill in Enterprise, AL, and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I ordered the Homewrecker Burrito, and it did not disappoint. The ingredients were fresh, and every bite was packed with bold, satisfying flavor — exactly what you’d hope for in a quality Mexican-style meal.

The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and relaxing, making it a great spot to enjoy lunch or dinner without the usual hustle and bustle of a busy chain restaurant. The service stood out as well — Kendra Williams and her crew are friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming.

For just $28.00, we got two large meals, which felt like a solid value given the portion sizes and quality of the food. If you’re in the area and craving a fresh, fast-casual Mexican meal, Moe’s is definitely worth the stop

DONT EAT HERE !!!

Every time I’ve went to this establishment it’s completely empty and now I’ve understood why when there is an order that has a mistake, They are not willing to fix it no matter what the mistake is caused by. They are only willing to give you a 50% discount to remake the order I was treated horribly on the phone at one point I did use a cuss word “ pissing me off “ and I Because I said that he is going to make a complaint to corporate about me the customer I have never in my entire life, been spoken to like that by a “ manager “. His name is AG so he says and the food I was eating had made me sick. I will no longer eat here or spend a dollar here. I suggest the same to anyone else.

Regardless I work professionally as customer service and in this case, no matter who was at fault I would have remade the 12$ order to satisfy my customer. That’s all , I was not seeking a refund until I had to fight for them to remake my order free of cost at that point I did not feel safe returning to get “ free food “. In the end he refunded me the 12$ ( if he actually does ). This man AG needs a customer service course as how he should have handled that from the beginning and would have avoided me being completely pissed off.

I’m disgusted that this AG is the corporate manager or possibly owner. I understand by the conversation they may be struggling financially but that doesn’t excuse I spend 30$ on lunch and there was an issue within the APP I ordered from he should have fixed me meal and then taken that up with corporate. Instead they have lost a customer and I will make it my mission to let everyone know not to spend their hard earned money here as it could result in this over a simple mistake.

Disgusting , shame on you AG

Ordered the Bowl with Adobo Chicken, seasoned rice, black beans and queso. It was so fresh and good. The place is beautiful and clean and the service was superb by the staff and especially the shift leader on duty. I believe her name is Kendra

I woke up this morning with hopes and dreams of Chipotle. I wept in despair as I realized the closest Chipotle was 40 minutes away. In my despair, I felt a small glimmer of hope. A burrito store called Moe’s showed right under the Chipotle in Google. Wiping my tears and lifting my head up, I got into my car and headed there. Hopes were high as I walked in. A chorus of “Welcome to Moe’s” rang out as I walked to the counter, I felt like a celebrity for just a moment. The facade began to crack as I looked at the ingredients in the serving trays below, but looks can be deceiving. I ordered what I would normally get at Chipotle: Steak burrito with rice, beans, veggies, cheese, and gauc. I payed for my meal and walked to the table, hands trembling with anticipation as I lifted the burrito to my mouth. The first bite wasn’t that bad, or so I told myself. ‘It’ll get better when I get to the meat,” I said copingly. I finally got a bite with a piece of steak in it. Is that…. Hamburger?? How do you make steak taste like hamburger? I desperately pulled a chunk of meat out of my burrito, examining it carefully. It looked like steak… But it tasted like my white uncle’s unseasoned hamburger patties that I used to choke down as a child. All hopes and dreams were ultimately dashed against the cruel reality of the inherently disgusting nature of Moe’s. To recoup my losses I brought the burrito home to my dog. He’ll eat anything. He took one smell, then looked at me funny before reluctantly taking a few bites. He stopped and looked at me with sad, disappointed eyes. He walked away, leaving the sad, half eaten burrito on the ground; a painful reminder of a my life’s poor choices. That burrito remains on my floor to this day, to serve as a warning to myself, and others: Never go to Moe’s in Enterprise, Alabama.

Went there and paid 35 bucks for nachos and a bowl at 10:40 am. The food was old and cold. It had to have been from the previous day. No one was cooking and they had just opened… the amount of food was half of what other moe’s gives. Will not be back.

First time eating at Moe’s, probably the last too. Staff was very friendly, but did not care about the food. My chips were all crumbs and my bowl was drenched in sauce, even after scooping out a significant amount it was still soup. I simply just threw the majority of the food away. I wouldn’t recommend.

It’s no wonder this restaurant has a 3.5 star rating. Workers are being taught to be stingy with the food. For all that money the bowl should be full. SMH. At least chipotle does give you your money worth.
