I was just there today, between 3 and 4. There were at least two employees there, and no one else in the restaurant. They had a sign out front saying they were all out of chips. Luckily, I got the last batch. When I asked to speak to a manager about that, the counter employee said there was no manager on duty. There are always empty salsas at the bar, and the drink fountain is always out of drinks, as well as all 3 flavors of lemonade. If they have all these things, there is no excuse for that. The employees need to be proactive on restocking these things when there are no customers. This is not a one time incident, this is how it’s been the last few Mondays I have been stopping by to eat after work. I think I’ll just give Chipotle’s across the street my business instead.
Walked in at 8pm on the dot. Leopard hair guy was in the back on his phone with earphones munching out and didn’t hear that I had walked in nor was aware of other customers who also walked in.
There were no sides and food area was very dirty. When asked if other sides would be coming out since they closed at 10, he stated no not till tomorrow. So let’s break this down, you only had beans and little bit cilantro rice left and that is what you expected for customers to eat.
We left. Do better because the customer service sucks.
So we try this one again and we call and ask about the rice. The guy on the phone said they were almost out so they removed it from the app, but if we told him what name would be on the order, he would make sure we got rice.
Order was delivered with rice! Shoutout to whoever we spoke to. Unfortunately didn’t get his name.
The staff here (Fernando and Rico— the ones who services us) were PHENOMENAL! We came in a half hour before closing, and they accommodated us with being low on some items, and I definitely appreciated that!
THE PROBLEM IS THE MANAGEMENT!! Why would you have your employees working in 91 DEGREE HEAT?! IN FLORIDA?! BE SO FORREAL! It’s hotter in the building than it was outside, SHAMEFUL! Not once did the employees attitude towards us or their ability to effectively deliver great customer service change, and for that I’m thankful, and mad for them!!
I told that for months the employees have been forced to work in a subpar and honestly very disrespectful environment.
Moe’s, you should be ashamed! WHERES THE GOOD BUSINESS? Where’s the thought for your customers? But most importantly, where’s the thought for those who work under your company, fluff your pockets, and make sure that your business runs smoothly.
YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! And you will be hearing from me again.
Thank y’all so much for good food and good service
