If I’m Driving by Boynton Beach / Congress, you can bet that I will try my best to stop by for quick lunch or take-out home or even give it to someone. For the price, the amount of food, quality, and freshness is unbelievable. One day, I was in The Boynton Town Center, I saw the Add “under new ownership,” and I decided to give it one more try… the rest is history, good for kids, family, grandparents, and hangout with friends. I was disappointed, maybe these youngsters working were just having a bad day, pretty much seemed like they did not want to be there, no smiles, very unfriendly, they just seem like they were miserable, it might not be your dream job, if you don’t like what you’re doing, you can either fake it or find a different job. When I was a teenager, I worked at Nathan‘s hotdogs in New Jersey. It was the worst, but gave me money, I probably did not want to be there, but I did not relay that to customers.

This was straight up theft. I am enclosing my order and what I received. I ordered a salad with steak and guacamole for which I was charged extra. The salad I received had no protein at all, no guacamole, no sour cream. As you can see the dish wasn’t even close to full even with just vegetables. When I called to get a refund I was very rudely told that there was nothing she can do unless I drive back to Boynton. Everyone talks about how restaurants have suffered but now we all suffer from employees that are allowed to keep jobs they are clearly not competent at doing.

This place is down right bad – disgrace to the Moe’s brand. I went in today the lettuce was wilted, the avocado spreads was completely brown, the tomatoes were soupy. The customer service at this establishment is what you would expect to find at gas station in Miami Dade. This is new ownership? Sounds like another change is needed. For a place so empty you would think they would not be rude to the few customers they get. I am mad as I have grown up on Moe’s and this one is disgusting from the produce to the service.

We ordered catering for the office Cinco de Mayo celebration. The store was able to accommodate our last minute order, and the manager even called to confirm everything. The day of delivery the driver called to let us know he was on the way, he also helped us set everything up. We order a lot of catering for the office and the service from everyone at this location was top notch. Everyone really enjoyed the lunch!

Not really a fan of this place anymore. The service has gone downhill as well as the food has gone downhill. They also changed their queso recipe and that was the only thing that kept me coming back. Not worth the money anymore, there are better places for the price
