Told delivery guy that my order was burnt. Tries to tell me it wasn’t.. I called and complained to management. Management first advised that they dont change the settings so it should not be burnt. I then told him this is not my first time ordering from dominos so I know how the pizza should look. He eventually agreed to remake my order. You can see the difference in the pictures. I appreciate them fixing the problem but I didnt like how they initially came to me about it not being burnt

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Place my order at 10pm then notified at 11:50pm that it was canceled, no reason or explanation. Of course they didn’t answer when I call to inquiry why. When I need my dominos fix, I go with the tried and true Memphis BBQ chicken pizza accompanied with a regular cheese pizza. Beverage of choice is always sprite, I recommend this combo if you get a chance to order. I usually get it delivered and have never had any issues.

Mehh….. I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience of placing an order. The initial email communication indicated a delivery time of 57-67 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, the tracker displayed that the driver departed from the store at 7:20 pm, and considering that we reside no more than a 10-minute drive away, it was surprising that the delivery took over 40 minutes. Furthermore, the tracker inaccurately showed the order as delivered more than 10 minutes prior to its actual arrival.

Driver left the restaurant at 8:55pm and didn’t show up until 9:30pm. Went to the further away address before coming to my job. Tracker said the delivery before it was too. Pizza was not as hot as I wanted it to be. I wasted some of my company’s time too waiting for nothing because of this location.
