This is my 3rd time ordering from this location. I always pay for extra cheese because the family and I love extra cheese. Each time this particular location does not put extra cheese on their pizzas. The manager gets a bigger paycheck and bonus The less cheese they use. The Rose avenue location next To McDonald’s in Lockhart is a 5 star Domino’s location. They actually put extra cheese, which is what the customer paid for. This silver star road location is in the hood, crime.Hills , so of course , they are not going to do their customer’s right. I’m going to get into touch with Domino’s Corporate today to file a complaint against this location.

I placed a order for delivery and seeing on the app that my food has been out of the oven for over 30 minutes is concerning. Especially when I ordered it it said delivery in 27 min. You’ll get your food here, but it most likely won’t be hot when you get it. Charging me a delivery fee on top of having to tip your employee is crazy work. I’ve had issues with almost every single order I have placed at this store, and I have had enough. Even though I have paid for extra toppings every time they never put them, especially cheese and trust me they charge quite a bit for it! Here is what they consider a good extra cheese pizza; would you be happy if you paid $18 for it? None of my pizzas had the extra I paid for. When I called, the gentleman that answered the phone did not identify himself and simply said “Hello”, after explaining the issue he did not apologize, put me on hold and then came back to the call and refused to refund my money and only offered to deliver a new pizza. I was not happy as I had kids already waiting for food but gave them another chance… An hour and 20 minutes later I was still waiting for food and half the kids left the pool party without eating. I once again called and he said the pizza was on its way but when I pointed out the time I had waited and that the pizza was no longer needed he once again refused to refund it and was more concerned with hanging up with me asap as he “had to call the driver to not deliver it to my house and bring it back”. I had to go through my bank to report the unauthorized charge and will never again order Domino’s. IF YOU DO NOT DELIVER WHAT I PAID FOR, BE PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO FIRST APOLOGIZE AND THEN CORRECT THE SITUATION!

I ordered a 16 piece wing and got a 8 piece. The manager said he’ll take care of it but never did. I do highly recommend ordering from a different dominos. I’m now out of wings when it could have been an easy 10 minute fix. And this isn’t the first time they messed up my order

Pizza awful! This franchise really need to restaff. Attitudes are angry! Customer called yesterday about a burnt nasty pizza and the manager went off on her on the phone!
I ordered bout 8 pizzas and brownies and it was too awful to eat. Extra greasy and the brownies were not cooked and greasy as heck on the bottom. Food code enforcement should really come do a secret visit on them. Dominos have guarantees and they appreciate their customers. But this store act like they own the food and make the rules. I’ve already reached out to corporate and have no plans to ever spend my money or our company money with this location again!!!
Hardly any sauce hardly and cheese hardly any dough on the pizza. And the jalapeño bacon sticks was all dough and all peppers! Looks like VOMIT!!!
Called the managers Kahdija said the GM Mark told her to tell me call him back when he have time he don’t have time to deal with this today. Like I have time to keep calling them. Out of 7 pizzas I was just complaining bout the one and breadsticks I had for myself didn’t complain about the kids pizzas.

I wanted a cheat meal since there barely was any food in my house. This Domino’s isn’t far from my house, so I put in an order through Uber Eats. I ordered at 8:50pm and my pizza was not delivered until 9:50pm. But the pizza was good.

Placed an order online and it said it would be done at 810pm. I got there at 818 pm and the order wasnt done. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes until my order was ready. There was 3 other people who ordered online and had to wait even though the tracker gave a time. Never again

Told delivery guy that my order was burnt. Tries to tell me it wasn’t.. I called and complained to management. Management first advised that they dont change the settings so it should not be burnt. I then told him this is not my first time ordering from dominos so I know how the pizza should look. He eventually agreed to remake my order. You can see the difference in the pictures. I appreciate them fixing the problem but I didnt like how they initially came to me about it not being burnt

When I need my dominos fix, I go with the tried and true Memphis BBQ chicken pizza accompanied with a regular cheese pizza. Beverage of choice is always sprite, I recommend this combo if you get a chance to order. I usually get it delivered and have never had any issues.

Really wouldn’t ever bother with this place. Placed an order through the mobile app at 450 expecting it to be there around 530 or so. Tracker was not working properly as the order still hadn’t arrived yet. Gave it until 6 before I called the store. Someone told me they had to remake it. No one told that the order was being remade no notifications or anything. I said okay so when will I get my order 15-20 minutes. Nothing else no sorry no compensation. Alright. 635 rolls around still nothing. Called again and they said it had been delivered I said where bc not here. So if you want to wait over 2 hours for food go for it.
