I ordered first time for delivery. Timing was great! However when I got my food, I was missing the most important part of my meal , My QUESO ‍♀️ I called to let the store know and I was rudely told that they will try to give me a refund on my side ( giggling still on the phone) That was very rude. My first and last time eating from the Moe’s in Hapeville!!! The camp creek location is BETTER WITH FOOD AND STAFF

Staff is definitely rowdy, and the machines went down while I was ordering. Therefore, I waited in line for 20 minutes, until they decided to just give everyone in line their food for free. Guess I can’t complain. The meal was the normal average quality that you get from most Moes locations.

For the price I paid for my food and what I received was not worth it at all I barely got any chicken in my food then had the audacity to say it’s $4 and some change for extra they gave me more rice nd other things then they did what I was actually paying for

Last week placed an order on the Moe’s website. Like other businesses, they will redirect your delivery to Door Dash. My food gets delivered, items missing, i paid substantially more to have those items. Made my entree a “meal” which will include beverage, and queso cheese cup. Beverage and cheese cup missing. So i called the restaurant and spoke to an employee, of course she doesn’t give me her name, she asked if i come to the restaurant to pick my order up, of course i informed her it was a delivery order. Since i was at work and can’t leave, delivery was my only option. She states to call back in ten minutes, and she would resolve my issue with my order. Called back, and than spoke with a GM, who by default is trying to tell me my issues are with Door Dash, in an attempt to not be responsible for compensating me for the items the restaurant failed to provide in the first place. He takes my name and number and said he would get back in touch with me. It’s been almost a week and have heard nothing. Absolutely nothing. My hard earned money was spent for items that i never received, which ruined my meal, considering i went out of my way to add said items. As someone in customer service myself, i go out of my way in my store to ensure every customer is satisfied and leaves with the intentions of returning in the future. The lack of competence in the management at this restaurant, had definitely given me a bad taste in my mouth. I will not spend anymore of my money at this location, or any other in the future. There are others in the area that will be glad to give me what i paid for, and in turn, i will be a regular customer. For what i paid, the burrito was subpar, and also was cold. Thank you for a lesson learned!

Wish I could give them a zero. Make sure to watch them when they make your food and when they bag it up. This location put the wrong order in our bag that was not noticed until my wife got home. She mentioned the line was being held up as she got to the register. I assume the person who put the order together just messed up when bagging it. I called the location and the person I spoke to put me on the phone with someone else without telling me what was going on. The 2nd person I spoke to had an attitude and asked why my wife didn’t notice as though to blame us for their mistake. I live 20 min away and was told I needed to return with a receipt and the items. She refused to help any other way. I won’t be returning here (not like they’ll miss my patronage).

The service here was very good. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I liked how the person making the food wore gloves & the person on the cash register didn’t touch the food. The food was good and the ingredients tasted fresh.

It’s like a rip off chipotle. Staff was more worried about online orders over orders in person. One person was cleaning the floor and the only other place that is worse is Texas Roadhouse but that’s because they let you put peanut shells on the ground. I give it two stars so you look closely. It’s Online order over you and You over cleaning. Won’t be back again. Also rude staff, don’t fall for the tip at checkout

Service was beyond slow, waited 30 minutes past selected pickup time for my mobile order. Then had to go back after they missed items in my order. Also the floor was super slick/wet from it raining during the day and no signs were out to let customers know.

Just had some especially good service at this location. Keisha, Angelina and Roniyia were the ladies working this afternoon and they were extremely pleasant. I didnt have a apecial order or need special accomodations. It’s just nice and not common these days to see people being nice just because. I hope the manager reads these reviews and gives them a special shout out for doing their jobs with diligence, professionalism and and just good old fashioned pleasantries. Thanks, ladies. Nice to see you young sistas shining. Keep being nice…just because it’s the right thing to do.

I didn’t get my “Welcome To Moe’s!!!” greeting. I didn’t feel too bad until a person came in shortly after me, while I was still at the register, and got the greeting. Everybody is different. I like that signature welcome.
