The food is good but the customer service is not up to par. This is the 2nd time I have come and they have shut the grill down early today at 9:15 pm they told the grill has been cleaned but I’ve worked at food services and I know the grills isn’t to be cleaned until the store is closed or least 15 minutes before closing. Last time I came at 8:49 pm and majority of the ingredients were put away. I’m very unsatisfied and will be looking for another restaurant.

Manager more interested in her obviously personal phone call (on AirPods while “working,” but really just distractedly talking. Sorry for interrupting your conversation and expecting you to do your job). That kind of attitude and behavior sets the tone for the entire experience right off the bat. Thankfully, there are plenty of other good restaurants around where they actually care about guest experience and have even a shred of self-awareness.

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years and I have always left satisfied! Each time that I come, I always see those friendly faces. The employees there are so sweet and helpful! I’ve always had superior service experience like today from Chelsea and Happy, but everyone else there is great too! Customer for life!! Thank you for all that you do!!!!

The white meat had the texture and taste of boiled chicken, even though it was grilled. The customer service was poor. The first girl who started my order didn’t seem to know what she was doing, and I actually had to correct her.

This was the worst Moe’s experience I’ve ever had. We were not greeted while the man working silently cleaned the counter with a dirty towel for a solid 2 minutes. We almost left then, and should have. When he finally addressed us he, he asked what we wanted and rolled his eyes when I ordered nachos and snapped at my partner “are you getting nachos, too?” When my partner said yes he walked away in a huff. When he came back there was just no customer service. Just waited for us to tell him what we wanted. The music was horrendously loud, the cashier had earbuds in. Just overall a bad experience.

Disappointing!
We have been going to this restaurant for nearly 20 years. We usually have a good experience, however, I’ve noticed that the last two times we ordered dinner for takeout, the experience has been less than optimal. We have been very disappointed with the amount of food in our orders.
I posted pictures from part of tonight’s order , which is supposed to be a home wrecker bowl, with chicken, black beans shredded cheese, pico, grilled onions and peppers, sour cream, olives, pickles and fresh jalapeños, and guacamole. Lettuce wasn’t an available option tonight. The fork demonstrates how little food there actually was and it was missing ingredients. The cup of queso that we ordered was only half full as well.

$14 for a chicken homewrecker, and they guilt everyone in line for a tip by asking “be sure to read the question on the card machine before you press ok” (it happened both times I went there) and with a tip makes it $16, as well as being given a tiny amount of chips. Off work employees hanging out and cutting up behind the prep line.

We work directly accross the street at CHOA. Ran to get lunch real quick. Lady with wrap on her head literally yelled at me because she Said she couldn’t hear me. Everyone was taken back with her loud tone. I’m not exaggerating. When we return to work and told this story people were like yeah ,she always has an attitude. This was my First and Last visit to the location!!! The was a Gentleman there however who was SUPER NICE.Perhaps you can consider letting him train her on Customer Service!!! Unbelievable!!! Will not recommend!
