Horrible service. I came in with my sons and no one greeted us or acknowledged us. They continued to make online orders while we stood there. Once she finally was ready to take our order(they lady with the durag) she did it with a attitude. Once I asked the cashier for the manager he pointed to one of the women that didn’t speak or acknowledge us. Just horrible. Oh and the people that came after me she greeted them nicely and gave them service.

Nice location in the cut. Monday Moe’s available & always delicious. I always get the bowl, lime rice, both beans, white chicken, onions & peppers, and then my toppings. Pico de Gallo, lettuce, fresh jalapeños, 2-3 limes sprayed on top with sour cream & Chipotle Ranch. Meal comes with Drink but just sign up online & give phone online phone number @ register to use the Monday deal least than $10 with chips.

I have NEVER seen this Moe’s location this unkempt and untidy. It was just nasty.
It looked like they didn’t try to wipe anything down all day long. They were out of red beans, out of the rice I like. The chicken was so dry and stuck to the edge of the pan, and the queso was runny like water. This crew of people were so unprofessional. I was standing in front of the counter waiting on someone to take my order. A guy said something to the effect of being right with me. I waited and waited. A lady came in behind me and they took her order right away. I then turned to the guy and asked, “Were you going to take my order?” He said,”oh no!” Just had me standing there. The customer was so kind and said to me, “Go ahead and place your order, I’m so sorry.” I told her, it’s not your fault. They should have been more attentive. There was only 1 person in front of me. There was no reason for the crew to be negligent. And they ALL need to wear gloves when handling food.My food was horrible. My service was horrible. I’m so disappointed with this Moe’s.

This was my first visit and most likely my last. I got a bowl and moved down the counter, there was a mess. The food holders were not wiped down. So sauces and other food splattered over the trays. There were 4 staff members and one was playing around with two of them. No one was wiping down anything. No hair nets worn. I walked towards the drinks and the iceaxhine was broken. There was a sauce area where you serviced yourself however all the sauces were exposed and labeling was not probably placed. The food was actually pretty good but because of the uncleanliness I won’t be going back. My rating would be a 3. Customer service was ok

I really don’t know what to feel. Decided on moes today and normally I go the one on camp creek but since I moved Fayetteville is closer. Anyways got a bowl with white chicken and the “birria meat first time trying”. In the mist of eating I noticed something hard in my mouth. Now i don’t know what this is but just the thought of it has me sick now. Can anyone tell me what in the world it is. I’m so done with fast food.
