I found that this moes had a diverse staff and everyone was in good spirits with little micromanagement but presence of management. However, this is probably an outlier in Moe’s flavor factor. Over never been to Moe’s and it tasted this way. Maybe something has changed at Moe’s but it should change back. Certainly still good, just tasted… Kinda chipotle like. I was also thrown off by the lack of mushrooms. Mushrooms put me on to Moe’s years ago, but now I’m finding more and more are getting rid of them. Very disappointing. One big thing that they had over other places…

Although staff were super friendly, even when orders are printed out, line by line, it’s just too hard to follow. I was missing two orders of green salsa, a cookie and ingredients that were paid for were missing from two entrees. I was told because it was an online order, refunds are not possible. Essentially, I tipped this staff 15% to screw up my $75 order. Oh, but next time I’m there I’ll get one free entree (the amount of the tip I left). Great place to go if you want to be disappointed.

Sat for over half an hour. Was asked the name of my order multiple times but never got it. Watched at least 15 orders get made while I waited. Pretty disappointed. This was one of the few places in town that actually provided prompt and efficient service. Now like everyone else, they’ve hired a bunch of over worked under paid teenagers because competent adults don’t work for starvation wages. Pay better so you can retain good employees. Kids have no place in fast paced food environments like that.

This location must be getting ready to shut down? Customer Service was Terrible ..When me and my guest walked in we didn’t get a ” Welcome to Moe’s ” the way they fixed the food was like ‘ blah,..no upbeat, no is this enough, want extra ..etc the young guy his customer service attitude terrible. That location use to to be nice and pleasant ..now, the energy there is dark. Don’t think I will visit there again.

It’s a hit or miss with this location. I always order on the app, and it usually out for my good. But when I get here and my order is not ready, it’s usually after 6pm, it’s beyond frustrating. My order of two burritos was set for pickup at 7:15. Upon arrival the pickup shelf was empty and the manager Kayla apologized stating that they were backed up. After 30 minutes, the manager announces to the eight individuals waiting for prepaid online orders would get to our orders after the customers in line are served. The line was staffed with four team members and another in the back to replenish the line. After avoiding eye contact with me and the other prepaid online orders, they did not notice me get in line to have them make my unfilled online orders. Once I got to the register, I explained that they just made my online order that should have been ready 40 minutes ago. I gave my name and showed the order on my app. My order should have been prioritized instead of being made to wait after people walking in and out. This was ridiculous. I would even understand a sign that read “please get in line for your online order” if yall were that backed up. I honestly think one of the four on the line should.have been prepping online orders. There was no way to cancel the unprepared order. And the manager could not have cared less. I honestly believe she is waiting until close to fill those orders. This never happens on the Northside of Atlanta locations or Peachtree City.

Order a steal burrito. Lettuce was browning and they had to give me the bottom of the barrel black beans. No one could find another batch already made. I asked her to give me some better lettuce which she did. When I got home the steak was too salty.

I don’t care if I spend a dollar or if I spend $100. I should not have to be belittled because I still want to stay safe just because they’re not talking about covid does not mean it’s not out here. Then don’t make me feel like I don’t have money to pay for my sauce. I gave you the money in a sanitized napkin with a sanitized dollar. The two people had no name tags on. One was a chubby Caucasian man with rosacea. And another one was a chubby Latino young girl. Most people in there are very nice. But you two just made me say never again!! I will stick to the location in Peachtree City…. And I might not go there. The last Moe’s I went to a roach showed up on the counter and we all left. And now I have to be belittled because I want to stay safe! Shame on both of you!!!!!!!

I came in today to order food for my family and me. I come with Jason about a time prior to today about Queso and what was left out of my order and he told me he was going to write it down so he I was already at home so I can come to get it when it was convenient for me. I came in today to order my family and I food and also get my queso dip that was left out of my order last time. He abruptly and aggressively refused to replace it because he didn’t remember. I told him the timeframe of the incident and started that it was to far back and some might have through the paper away where he wrote down the replacement for the queso dip. Then Jason (Manager) goes over to his other teammates and other customers to make an announcement that” I refuse to buy my food because I didn’t give queso “ in an attempt to embarrass me. Yet ; I paid for this item and never received the item I paid for.
