Theres nothing wrong with this order except for the fact thats its not even mines. I was the last customer of the night and might i add that i waited in line for almost 20 mins just to get my order. I ordered The Homewrecker with adobo chicken. I got mines with Seasoned rice, Black Beans, lettuce, corn, pico de gallo, cilantro, guacamole and sour cream with a little drizzle of chipotle ranch.

We had a wonderful experience this time ordering delivery. The last two times it was not that great. After speaking with Vicky the manager, she made sure that we were pleased. Everyone is having a tough time with staffing and training. So we should make sure and extend some favor to those who are working in service industries. In that we can give them the opportunity to make it right.

I have given this location several chances. I ordered a Fajita kit. No soft shells and the chicken was burnt and inedible. I have called the store for over an hour and I believe they have the phone on do not disturb because the phone rings for 5 secs and them plays music I called from another number that same thing happened but after 5 mins someone hung up the phone. This is one of the worst locations I have ever been to.

Ordered 6 taco kits online, approximately 6 hours before pickup. When I arrived (15 minutes after the designated pickup time), they looked at me as if I was in the wrong and stated that I had made a big order and that my order wouldn’t be ready for another 30 to 40 minutes (nearly an hour late). FAIL.

My visit today was terrible the manager a stout bearded hispanic man was rude I always get my Moe’s at this location and have never had any issues till today this man claims he knows me and rudely told me I always complain and says he didn’t care if I came back or not . This happened simply because I requested extra jalepenos which I do all the time . he said I might as well have gotten two burritos with a very rude expression on his face and then says I always complain and that he knows me . This was very unpleasant visit . The customer service should be worked on . I wasn’t treated with any respect . This was horrible .

It took 3 employees to understand that I wanted the BOGO half off burritos. The last lady had a real bad attitude and tried to replace my $10 rewards with $9 coupon cards and said it was the same. After going back and forth with her, she finally figured it out.

Worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to!!!. They don’t wanna even give you what you pay for. They put 11 chips on my tray. Obviously the manager and Owner do not care about their business. Willy’s is much better. Save your money or you will leave here still a little hungry.

Perhaps today was just an off day considering the weather etc. However my visit today was not at the company bar status. The health food or ServSafe score was 84 which is below my standard. We were greeted entering the door and didn’t have to wait to order. I noticed that the base portions were not consistent on identical items. The line employee didn’t hear or listen when the order was placed. He didn’t suggest anything. The woman at the end of the counter didn’t smile. She didn’t have any issue with passing broken chips over the counter. The Multi-flavor Coke dispenser was out of many flavors and was overflowing. A deep drip pan was placed on the floor to catch the excess. Majority of the tables were clean. The floor was mopped. I didn’t check the restroom. 3 people ate for $41.
