Loving Chick fil a but this is really the second time I get a salad with a bug. First a roach and this time a fly. I have called and it was sold with a refund and a new salad but this time I just told them to check a bit better to avoid incidents like this ones. They are good but I would recommend to check before eating it.

An interesting and unique Chick-Fil-A location. No indoor seating, only an outdoor patio as well as the traditional drive thru. The staff was friendly and the food was hot. But if you’re looking to sit down and eat, avoid this location during the winter and summer and any humid or rainy days.

This location is NO DINE-IN. The double drive-thru lines are crazy long. There is a small patio outside where you can sit surrounded by the drive-thru lanes. Lol. This place is either too busy or doesn’t care. My order last 5 out of 5 times was wrong. Getting it corrected wasn’t worth the time, and they don’t actually send vouchers to your email like they say they will. 2X a club sandwich w/no bacon. Why would you do this to me?

Food is good obviously, it’s chick fil a. Wanted to try something I saw on Tik Tok. Mac and cheese, fries, nuggets, ranch and honey roasted bbq sauce. It came out great but they made it a big deal to get an empty salad bowl. A simple “no we can’t do that” would have sufficed. I never had an issue here so I’m sure the not so friendliness was a one off so just one star off for that. But apart from that it was good.

We waited about 20 minutes to get our food. Normally, not a big deal, but considering the drive through lane was moving a lot faster, we knew they were putting our order on the back burner and serving the drive through customers first.

Only outside dine in seating available. Enclosed area to keep out birds but there is no fans and very hot in summer. I suppose fall and autumn times it would be nice to sit outside. No inside seating available.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I was told to wait in front of the store for my order to be delivered to my car. 20 minutes pass by. When I ask for a refund I get no reply just them running around trying to confirm that I wasn’t lying. The cashier finally gives me a receipt and says ill get a refund in 5 days. No apology or food was given to me at all. A waste of my time and abysmal customer service to top it off.

This Chickfila has extremely long lines. Also once you get to the window to get your food they just hand it to you so quick you don’t have time to check it to see if it’s correct and they don’t greet you at the window.
