Beware of the chips! They will give you a heart attack with the amount of salt on them! We have been to this location and it is decent enough otherwise. The staff are friendly but slow. Food is alright quality but not as good as some others. It feels very chaotic there though for no good reason. We have been the only customers in the place before and staff (one woman in particular) are still in a frenzy and the dining room is still a mess.

Have been coming to this Moes since it opened and it continues to go down hill. The last three experiences have been really bad (burnt chicken, ran out of chicken, not fresh, hard rice) but, today was the last shot for this Moes and they missed the mark horribly. Hard rice and then the quesadilla wasn’t browned and they essentially rolled it up in the foil and the juice went all over the chips and even made a hole in the bag from it being so wet. The staff do things haphazardly and try to rush everything. I called the manager to complain and they really didn’t even care. This will be my last visit to this Moes.

This location is an extremely big gamble, if you go when they first open they are great, if you go during the evening, you will be waiting in line for forever to get your food for sometimes food that is non existent. I went during the morning though so I was fine 5/5

What happened to this restaurant?! This had always been the Moe’s I frequented. I ate there on 1 November. The four young ladies running the place seemed less than happy to be there. The drink machine was down and while that may happen every now and then, their options for bottled drinks was in very short supply.
The food was mediocre, dried, and check this… they sprinkled the chips with sugar instead of salt. We said something and all the help said was, “I guess (?) got the salt mixed up.” Really?! Trash was overflowing, no tofu and very watery salsa (yuck)… shall I go on???? Won’t be going back to this Moe’s ever!!!!!!

My wife left a review (Ashley M), this is the follow up. We tried to call but the same woman that threw us out answered the phone and said the owner is never on site. There is no one else to speak to other than her. She is very rude, judgmental and disrespectful to people with disabilities. If the owner would like to contact us about the discrimination, please leave your contact information below.

It makes me so sad to see the quality of the food decline over the past year I have been coming to this location. Every Monday, I am a regular customer and I get a burrito bowl. Usually the service is decent or the one manager (I do not recall her name) is complaining about not having a day off, the job in general, or talking down to the staff. There are a few people who are good like AJ (I believe his name is) and some of the younger crew, very respectful. Unfortunately over the past few months, there has been times I came in, I am the only person there and still had to wait awhile for my food. I understand having to wait but at least let the food be fresh if I am waiting. The past 3 times I have had to throw the rice in my bowl away because I can’t bring myself to eat it. Mushy rice is okay? I came at night on 10/15 and had mushy rice and chips that tasted like salt was wasted on them instead of carefully poured, today I go close to opening and the same experience. The rice is sitting so long it’s cold and mushy. I can’t remember the last time I actually enjoyed eating from here but now I need to find a new place to go.

We use to love coming to Moe’s. The past few months has not been great. Tables are always dirty. The salsa station and drink area are a mess. This time, there was a spoon in the salsa bin and they were about empty. At the cash register counter top, it was covered in food. You are right there ringing people up. You can wipe it down for crying out loud. I was hoping they would get better but have not. My last 2x I had their food delivered, my order arrived with something missing. Another time, the whole order was wrong. Also, an employee pulled her phone out from her waistband at her tailbone. Not her pocket, but in the waist band against her skin and she was prepping food. That is disgusting. Not sure how this place is passing inspections.

Placed my order online and arrived 3 minutes before pickup time. They had not started making my order yet, which is fine. They also hadn’t started on the order for the guy who arrived after me, but had a pickup time set for 15 minutes before mine. I ordered 3 meals, 1 with chicken, 2 with ground beef. After a while of waiting for my order, they informed me that they were out of beef. Since I had already paid for it online, I just asked that they sub chicken instead. When I got home with everything, my husband started eating his nachos (which were originally supposed to have ground beef) and they didn’t even have chicken on them. There was no meat on that item at all, which was extremely disappointing. It will be a long while before I attempt to order from this Moe’s location again.

I have never left a review but the experience was so bizarre I feel compelled to do so. Wife and I walked in and were completely ignored while employees stood behind the counter. No greeting or asking if we were ready to order. Once we realized they weren’t going to ask, we asked them if they were ready for us. While making eye contact we got no response. No nod or acknowledgment at all. It was bizarre. So I just started saying what were we’re going to order and surprising the young lady started grabbing tortillas and what not but never once through the entire process did she speak to me. Same thing as my wife ordered. I’ve never had an experience like that before and it was completely unsettling. Food was below par, salsa stand was in disarray, no forks, and trash cans were overflowing. Going to Chipotle

15 min wait before placing order. Workers too busy playing to wait on customers. Trash and food all over floor under tables. Tables dirty. Counter by sauces dirty. Gave one star because that’s the least I could give it. This use to be the cleanest and nicest moves location. Now it’s the nastiest. Over the last year it’s just gotten worse.
