Should have noticed when I walked in, the chipotle across the street was packed and this place was empty. Stingy portions, had to pay for 2X extra meat just to get a normal portion size, opened it 3 minutes later when i got home and the whole thing is colder than room temp, they don’t hold the ingredients at proper temperature cause 3 minutes in a warm heat blasted car should not make anything room temperature. Most bland adobe chicken ever. You are better off just walking up the stairs across the street and getting chipotle, at least they will give you a decent portion and tasty food. See photo below to see what 22 dollars + tip buys you at Moe’s, when you have to ask for triple meat just to get a normal portion size.

Normally wouldn’t review a fast food restaurant but the service we received was exceptional! This evening we visited and were met with friendly, efficient workers. An older member of my party (20 yr old male) had so difficulties navigating his app. They kindly guided him through the process. We will be returning for the amazing customer service alone!

It should be called old. This is my first time eating at Moe’s. I have always eaten at Chipotle. Now, I know why. Brown guacamole and dried up dish. Ordered chicken and never saw any in dish.

We ordered using DoorDash. Not only did it take forever for our order to be prepared, we were missing items, including the second bag of chips we requested and the salsa for both orders. Very disappointing experience today.

There was an African American gentleman (an employee with no name tag) who harassed my friend and made him leave for no reason out of line. When he returned to join us with food from another joint he was confronted and embarrassed for again, no reason. Hope the service gets better in this place.

ordered a kids meal, they charged me for an adult meal. I had to pay double the price because they rung me up wrong. cashier didn’t know what he was doing, also almost charged me $5 for an extra queso that he said was “free”

Asked for nachos with ground beef and queso. They said they didn’t have any nachos on the menu and proceeded to put a scoop of ground and queso in a bowl , and then when I asked where the chips were they said “we put those on at the end”. They scattered the chips ON TOP of the ground beef and queso so nothing was on the chips. Then I ask do the ingredients go on top? This dude really grabs my bowl and shakes it until half the chips are broken and no ingredients made it on top of the chips still… I just had to walk out.
