Be prepared to wait if you come to this Little Caesars. I sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes without anyone coming to the window. We went inside thinking it would be faster, but after another 17 minutes, only one person was working and no one acknowledged us at all.
No “hello,” no “welcome,” no update — nothing. The service is extremely slow and the staff doesn’t even acknowledge customers.
If you come here, expect a long wait and very poor service.

Worst pizza l have ever had. It was greasy and had a gallon of salt and seasoning covering it. For some reason the drive through window wouldn’t open all the way, so the genius turned the box diagonal and shoved it out.

I ordered my food ahead when i arrive she said just 5 min will be right out I was on my phone checking the time and it started to be pass 10 min They were taking so long all you hear is chattering and laughing and the employees are taking their sweet time. The girl in the front was rude. Staff needs to be trained better with customer service.

Never have I ever experienced such horrendous service. The guy working the front counter was the most inefficient of anyone I’ve seen work. He would look at the computer screen and walk to the back SEVERAL times with nothing done. I walked into the store when my app said my order was ready and waited an hour before I actually got my order. There were groups of people doing the same thing. You can see boxes and boxes of pizza ready but they were not being called out. The heaters were full so my order didn’t make it into there and was cold when I received it. Do not go to this location if you’re looking to get a quick meal.

It used to be very convenient to get Pizza here. If you ordered through the app, you can get it in less than 30 minutes from the time you ordered now you get it in almost 2 hours. Never going back to this place.

Don’t EVER bother calling this place . I called to place an order but drove over , “thinking”, it would be faster but NO! THEY NEVER EVEN ANSWERED and I waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes and when I approached the window. I said, I wanna let ya know , this is ridiculous! The person at the window called ( I guess ) the manager and I said I just want you to know , I’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes, where did you call online or oh Becky we don’t answer. Really? What’s your name, I can’t tell you, what’s your supervisors name, district manager, I can’t give you their names. WTH!! NEVER again! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Whenever you are broke and you need a quick dinner or if you’re tired or you just don’t want to cook, this Little Caesars has your back. They are known for not oversaturating your pizza that’s hot and ready to go with pizza sauce either, so if you have indigestion issues go to this location. No special requests need to be made. They just make them the right way. Thanks for being a once a week treat for our family! And my ulcer thanks you also!

Customer service needs to be addressed at this location. The fact that no one cares and you can’t use the drive thru and when we walked in you can only pay with card is ridiculous. When you treat people badly you should just close. Your staff laughing at people in the back and your staff literally walking away while I was talking to them is just rude. If you don’t like working with people quit already.
