We ordered to deliver at Moes and had a horrible experience:
– One item was missing and no solution was offered to fix the problem when we called. One of our guests did not have anything to eat and they obviously not care.
– Alexa the “GM” was supposed to call us back the next day and never did
– The rest of the food was barely eatable
– the 13$ homewrecker bowl was size of a 6$ side salad

The young white girl making my burrito bowl was excellent no complaints there! However, the young mixed guy (I assume) was kinda nasty and rude towards me and my family. He didn’t ring up our order right we all had coupons for the Monday $6.99 special he only took off 1 with 3 in total. Mind you we asked him prior to him ringing us up if he could did that smh. Also, he only put a handful of chips in our bags usually get way more all of the times I’ve been. Maybe he was having an off day who knows but that’s no excuse to treat your customers that way. Not sure if I’ll return in the future.

I ordered 2 kids burritos. According to the board they were 5.99 each one was a regular & one was veggie because they were not being eaten at the time of purchase.I asked for them to be put separately . Does the kids burrito not come automatically with at least one meet. Because I was charged extra for the Birria .99 & 1.59 for a pinch of Bacon . When I questioned the charge for the mount of bacon, she said that’s just our policy asked to speak to a management She notified me she was and there was nothing she could do. Only my second visit.

First of all, I would like to say I have rarely left a bad review, but damn!! This was the worst Moe’s I have ever eaten at and I have eaten at several locations. I Got there as soon as they opened and ordered a grilled steak bowl. The steak was grey and in a container of water. It looked as if if was reheated from the shift before which would have been the previous day. There is no way it was grilled and seared like every other Moe’s I’ve been to which are delicious. The restaurant was fully staffed with workers more worried about talking on their phones than doing their jobs because the place is filthy. How do you just open the doors and everything is dirty? The food is not fresh? The tables not wiped? The doors had so many handprints and the tables were sticky. Every cooking surface was gross and definitely not clean. Every worker was not wearing a hairnet and just had hair hanging over my food. Sorry but this branch is gross and they were serving leftovers. I do not recommend. Five thumbs down.

No one said “welcome to Moe’s”, lady making the food was complaining about working and being shift leader. Got steak tacos and the steak was cold, queso was out in cup for nachos and it was 2 spoon fulls. Didn’t even cover the nachos that I purchased. Ugh!!!

First time here and will definitely be my last . They don’t advertise MOES MONDAY SO I OPTED FOR THE JR BURRITO WITH QUESO AND DRINK FOR $10 which is a rip off … but whatever . Got chicken which was ice cold .. asked for onion and peppers … she scraped off out the 3 pieces from the bottom because they said “ they didn’t have anymore” mind u it was 7 pm … got my burrito it wasn’t even closed . More like a taco … sat with my 9 yr old son where the employees talked about “big daddy” and about employees from other locations .. tables dirty … while two employees just sat at a booth
