Food was delicious as always. I could never get tired of WAHO. I ordered scrambled eggs, crisp golden hash browns, one waffle and buttery toast. Service was great!! Our server was on point and very attentive. This is one of my most favorite locations, so go see them.

I went to Waffle House for the first time as a non-American fully prepared for chaos, cholesterol, and at least one chair being used as a diplomatic tool. I’d heard the legends, the rumors, the Yelp reviews written during active emotional distress, and I wanted every bit of that smoke. When I walked in and saw the cook yelling orders like a battlefield general, I felt spiritually welcomed. The floor was sticky enough to trap a small animal, which honestly just confirmed the authenticity. Somewhere between the third coffee refill and a stranger calling me “baby” with no prior introduction, I realized this was the cultural immersion I paid my airfare for. The food arrived fast, aggressive, and unapologetic, like it knew I didn’t deserve peace. Walking out alive, full, and mildly confused was deeply satisfying—because if you come to Waffle House expecting nothing but negativity, getting exactly that feels like winning.

I was pissed! We were NOT GREETED OR ACKNOWLEDGED. A COUPLE CAME IN AFTER US AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME. THERE WAS A CAUCASIAN GUY WITH A CROSS TATTOO ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS FACE JUST AT THE COUNTER TALKING TO A CAUCASIAN LADY AND CONSTANTLY CHECKING HIS PHONE!! THEN THE COUPLE SAW A GENTLEMAN LEWVE SO THEY SAT AT THE COUNTER AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT UNTIL IT WAS CLEANED WHE THE GUY WAS STILL JUST STANDING THERE

Maybe it’s because I haven’t been in years and had longed for a real waffle the whole time but the All Star Breakfast (R) is still so satisfying! Gloria was a fabulous server and the cooks got tipped too!! Mom’s steak was cooked perfectly (rare is hard for most short order cooks)! Nothing negative!!

I 100% agree with other customers that the food at this location is ok but the service is absolutely terrible!!! The service is so bad that I would rather drive out of the way to eat at another restaurant. The weekday daytime manager does not seem happy with her job and definitely needs training on customer service and professIonalism. You can not take your frustration out on the customers and expect them to return!!! BTW both restaurants in Evans are wonderful. The food and customer service has been top notch!

First red flag 7-8 am on a Saturday morning completely empty. Ordered cheese eggs, hash browns and bacon. Hashbrowns had what looked like black particles that had been scraped off the grill mixed throughout. Bacon also covered with these same dirty black pieces of whatever it was. Coffee was lukewarm. Never again for this location.
