Amazing. I think this Moe’s location set a record for the number of things wrong with an order. And it wasn’t like I ordered for my entire family. It was just a quick dinner after work. A stack, the free chips and salsa, and the meal combo. None of it was right. The drink was wrong. There was no queso or salsa—just dry, hard chips. Ingredients were missing from the stack.
Seriously, how do you mess up every single item in an order? It’s literally a meal for one person. Make a stack, fill a drink cup, put chips, salsa, and queso in the bag, and then the customer picks it up on their way home from a long day of doing their job correctly. I could have probably just ordered the food in the restaurant and hard it made right in front of me. Then I could have intervened every time the worker messed up. Either that, or they wouldn’t have messed up due to, you know, being watched by the customer. But when you do that, you literally stand in line and watch as the single worker behind the counter makes (and probably messes up) 3 or 4 pickup or delivery orders right in front of you, before even addressing you, the customer standing right in front of them.

Best Moe’s I’ve been to in the lehigh valley. I drive out of my way to go to this location as they honor the promotions and I have no had any issues with the food. I can’t say the same for other locations.

Posted ours say they are open until 10 PM. We arrived at 9:35 PM and the place was locked tight and nobody would answer the door! If you want to close at 9:36 then put that on your website and on your door sign! Since when does 10pm mean 9:35? It must be a different time zone at Moe’s! Drove 20 minutes for nothing! Very poor management and oversight! I completely understand closing early, but announced the closure or at least put a sign on the door!

2024: Still great! Free WiFi. Coke blend to order with Mello Yellow Zero with flavorings! My current favorite is Peach!

We ordered on the mobile app twice. First time everything was great and gave a generous amount. The second and last time we ordered we got less than half of a bowl. They decided to not give any rice since they ran out but didn’t bother to let us know ahead of time. They tried to only give us $5 credits for our inconvenience…. What a joke.

There’s nothing wrong with mole’s southwest grille if you’re looking for an option with less salt than chipotle or quadobo. But i’m sorry, I love quadobo and chipotle.Salty food lol.

Ordered two burritos via DoorDash, received one correctly and one was in a salad bowl with no burrito… very strange since it was a “Homewrecker” which is considered their most frequently ordered burrito, yet mine was made incorrectly. They are also written correctly on the receipt. Practically the same except a few ingredients. I usually always choose this location- even talked up Moes to a friend who was reluctant to try tonight, they prefer Chipotle. Thank you for proving them correct. I no longer will order from here.

I asked for a bowl with queso on the side never got it the queso and when I came back Leah gave me nasty attitude about me saying I wanted it in the bowl (it wasn’t in the bowl lady I saw you make it). Came here last time with high school kids being nicer than her. Even worse the free chips were less then half of the bag.
