Spent $19 for thin chicken breast and the saddest combination of salad and vegetables. I came here 2 years ago, tried it, was ok, and thought let’s try again. Nope. Not for $19. This is a $14 meal max. I was still hungry! Absolutely pathetic.
I live 5 min away but I’ll blacklist this place from now on. Too expensive to even give it a 3rd shot.

This Portuguese food is hands down worth the drive. I’ve been coming here for a few years, and even though I live far now, my partner and I drove an hour just to have their food, it’s that good. Their chicken, rice, and potatoes always hit, and their sauce is unreal, I always buy a bottle to take home. Consistently amazing and 100% worth it.

Best Portuguese style restaurant I’ve been too and I’ve gone to a lot of these types of restaurants.
The menu selection is great and everything I have tried was very delicious. You can tell they took their time mastering their recipes.

i LOVE THIS PLACE ITS SOO AMAZING.. however yesterday i guess there was a snow storm and alot of people might not have gone in so the food must have been reheated or what. but our potatoes were burnt and soo dry.. you can tell when potatoes are old.. and the chicke i guess was reheated and charged .. please dont do that to save some money.. IT is not worth to do that because people will not come back to spend there hard earn money

Last time I ordered whole chicken dinner the bird was cut into pieces and thighs and pieces of breasts were missing! The potatoes were old and rice dry. I tried their rice from a different location in Oakville and it tasted so much better. Disappointed this time, but I had better from them before.

The food is ALWAYS delicious, service is incredible, and everyone is always so friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had an issue with large catering orders with this place, which helps a lot when planning large events.
My parents come from Mississauga to pick up food from here for their events, which says a lot!
Would HIGHLY recommend Xpress BBQ to anyone looking for great Portuguese food in Woodbridge and beyond!

Really good meal, really enjoyed the veggies and potatoes. The chicken was a little dry, hoping to get a leg next time. I asked for extra sauce on the side, wanting the hot one and ended up with medium. I thought $2.00 for the extra sauce was a little excessive. It’s close to where I’m currently working, so I would return for lunch again.
