This is sort of Moe’s-lite – they don’t have quesadillas or stacks, and they don’t have all the toppings, but there’s still a good amount of options and it’s the same taste as a regular Moe’s. The people working were friendly enough and the line moved relatively fast.

Although the staff is nice – Portions are very small. I asked for extra rice, and it was less than I would have gotten at a regular moe’s, without asking for extra. Barely got any Chicken. Food was good though! Options are limited on the premises.
Take out only. No in restaurant dining.
UPDATE: went back the next day, and staff were beyond generous with their food. I got a massive bowl from them. It comes down to the staff and how busy it is. Don’t be afraid to for more! Staff was even nicer than before!

Disappointed. I’m a giant fan of Moe’s, love their food and the staff is always friendly. Unfortunately, not at this location. This was our first time going to Moe’s at Hershey Park and we will definitely not be back there. The portions of the food were extremely small and when you ask for extra the staff member gave an attitude and gave barely any extra, the food is cold and tastes like it’s leftovers from days ago. The staff seemed so unhappy overall… no one even greets you, when I got up to the counter I was just asked “What do you want?” I wouldn’t recommend going to eat here, there are plenty of other places in the park to go to.

The employees are not well trained for this job. These people give miniscule portions, as I’m sure they are instructed and trained to. It appears through my experience, as well as what I heard the employees talking about, that Hershey just places random employees to work the Moe’s for that day, not properly trained. I wouldn’t come back here. I’d be more inclined to get my hand stamped and leave the park to eat at a nearby food destination, than to eat in this park again.

Ive been to many Moe’s….this one was just plain awful! This is not a rating due to price or the limited menu…but the service and quality of the food!
Chicken that could not even be chewed combined with service staff showing zero urgency (despite a massive line). Gets a one star for me. Poor job managing this one Hersheypark (recommend Moe’s consider pulling their name from this one!)

I ordered a burrito after waiting in line forever. They are so slow are making food; it’s sad. The food was dry and gross looking and the counter was MESSY AND DISGUSTING. As the lady was putting meat on my burrito, she took a scoop with maybe a 1/4 cup of meat on it. When I kindly asked for more, she said it was a scoop and said more meat would cost more… (she said his with an attitude). Afterward, I asked for guacamole, the employee took a scoop and just put a pile of it towards the side of the tortilla… when I took a bite, all I got was a mouthful of guacamole. Very disappointing and I do not recommend this place at all… it’s simply trash in every way.

There are Moe’s outside of Hersheypark so there’s really no reason to waste your time and money on one inside the park.
Their food isn’t even made as well inside the park and the line is always ridiculously long. My son got the nachos. They were mediocre at best.
