Chuy’s is fortunate to have Maddie! I went to this new restaurant after church this afternoon with my young son. The food was amazing and the staff seemed so happy and the management was happy too. They visited our table to make sure things were good. When you have happy management, you have happy staff and the happy staff will keep the customers happy and the customers will come back. Great food and great service is definitely a win win! The server who helped us was amazing and patient. Her name was Maddie and Maddie was a Baddie! )

Well worth the wait. Despite how busy it was we were served our lunch very quickly. We never went without a chips refill or drink refill either. Other staff who weren’t waiting on our table were pitching in and keeping an eye out for everyone. Incredible service. We haven’t had an experience like that in a long time. It’s no wonder people are lining up to go.

Chuy’s Tex-Mex Restaurant
Monday, February 23rd was the Grand Opening of the much anticipated Chuy’s Tex-Mex restaurant in Mansfield. A foodie friend and I made it there at opening and was one of seated. By the time we left the was a line through the door. It was clear this was not Chuy’s first time because they had plenty of staff and eager to please.
I had my customary sweet tea accompanied with a glass of water. We had a never ending full basket of chips, salsa, and a creamy jalapeño dip. I ordered the Relleno & Enchilada Combo. Two ceamy green chile chicken enchiladas, a cheese relleno served with Boom Boom sauce which came with Mexican rice, and refried beans. I finished my meal off with a Tres Leches cake.
The place was so busy that I didn’t have much of chance to look around the place, but there will plenty more chances to check things out since it’s within three miles from my house. The food was great and the service was impeccable. Chuy’s started off with a bang and I look forward to many more here.

We unintentionally ended up going to Chuy’s on their first Friday evening after opening, so of course it was busy! The quoted wait time was 25- 60 minutes, but we were seated in about 30 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise.
Despite how packed it was, the service was great and the food was on point. With the amount of people there, the staff never missed a beat- service didn’t lack and the food quality definitely didn’t suffer. Such a solid first experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This will be updated; Worst waiting area. Hands down, all locations this one has the worst waiting space. Can’t stand, can’t turn, cant walk. Not due to people, but furniture and obstructions. Waiting spills over on to patio space, glad no one is on patio eating.
Reservation would not change the outcome. Parking lot is not full. Poor design in space.

We tried the new Chuy’s last night it was super crowded for a Tuesday night it was 4 of us and it was intially a 35-45 min wait, we only ended up waiting for 10 mins when my husband intially sat down he was poked in the finger by something on his chair and there was a lil blood, we notified the manager James he was very apologetic and brought a band aid. We advised no real harm just didn’t want someone else or especially a child to get hurt, he immediately removed the chair and brought another, he proceeded to bring out complimentary appetizers guacamole and queso which both were really good, we were very satisfied with his gesture. He then proceeded to bring out our bill and said the whole bill was covered! We were extremely grateful, the appetizers were more than enough but he went above and beyond, food was great and service was exceptional, such a fun atmosphere, bartenders and staff were dancing having fun, we will definitely be back and highly recommend!!!

From the moment we walked in, the hostess set the tone with such a warm welcome. Our entire experience was next level thanks to James, Matt, and John. These three are rockstars. Attentive, upbeat, genuinely fun, and completely on top of everything — they made our dinner feel like an event, not just a meal.
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious (as always), but the SERVICE is what truly stood out. It’s rare to find a team that works this seamlessly together while keeping the energy high and the guests laughing.
10/10 across the board. Chuy’s Mansfield is doing it RIGHT. Corporate, take note — this team deserves recognition!

I have a lot of dietary restrictions so eating out isn’t always easy. The staff was awesome and accomodated all of my needs. I had the burrito bowl and it was very good even though I can’t have all the toppings! Will visit again!
