It is all ice. The coffee wasn’t mixed in. One dot of cold foam. 99.9% ice. Don’t come here(and yes I ordered it with light ice and it was filled to the top)

I am profoundly disappointed with my experience today, which was so poor that I wish a zero-star rating were an option.

Here is a timeline of what occurred:

I called ahead to place a matcha order, confirming it would be ready for pickup.
I made a special detour on my way to work, going out of my way based on this confirmation.
Upon arriving at the drive-thru, we were ignored for several minutes while staff chatted, failing to even acknowledge our presence. I finally had to get out of the car and knock on the window to get their attention.
We were then informed that our order had been cancelled. The reason given was that the employee who took the phone order “didn’t know” they weren’t supposed to accept phone orders.
This is an astounding level of unprofessionalism. The most frustrating part is that you had my phone number. A simple courtesy call to inform me of the cancellation would have saved me a significant amount of time and frustration.

This entire situation was avoidable and reflects very poorly on your establishment’s training and customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This location sucks. I ordered a plain normal hot grande latte from the drive thru. The label was correct but what I got was a vanilla latte. When I went in to correct the order they were argumentative but made me think new drink. I’m pretty sure it was steamed milk with a little Pikes Place put in it but I took it and left.

I appreciate how a problem with my order was handled. During a busy time of day, my coffee order seemed to have fallen through the cracks. When I inquired, a barista apologized, then promptly prepared my cup of coffee and gave me a Starbucks gift card.

I waited 15-20 minutes for a DoorDash order and was ignored the entire time. The longest I have ever waited for an order.

I went in this morning to get 2 packages of coffee grounds, I asked for one to be ground for a metal filter and the other package ground course for French press, they were very confused about this request and didn’t even seem to know how to gring for metal filter ( fine). when I opened them this evening to enjoy a French press both were ground “Fine”. this was extremely frustrating so I called the store and there was no way to get to a manager, I then tried their website which gives you no link to leave comments. What I would say to a manager if they allowed you to contact one is that you need to train your staff better on this or don’t offer the service. A company like Starbucks should have execution at the top of their service model.

The coffee is the same at every location; it’s the reason you go there. The staff are really slow & not friendly. It feels like a roadside truckstop.

I like this place because nobody will try to have small talk with you and thank God because I’m shy.

The partners are too busy getting slammed by the mass orders that come in during drive thru because the line wait is tracked by corporate. So, if you are in a hurry go through the drive through or do mobile order because those have priority based metrics that are tracked.

I had a lot of time, so of course I went inside because I didn’t care if I had to wait long.

Employees seemed very nice, I never talked to them beyond 3 words which I was happy about.

I had coffee earlier so I didn’t even care that the nitro I had was half filled with foam, I took four chugs and finished it in the store before leaving.

They said hi and all that like they have to. This Starbucks reminds me of this coffee shop I went to in the Middle East because they didn’t care about anything either.

I highly recommend this location as it has that upscale and modern look. It also has that same long extended modern couch found in the other locations that have been remodeled in the last few years.

This is a great place if you want somewhere quiet where no one is talking and where hardly anyone will be inside. This Reminds me of the locations in California but with less homeless.

The lighting is done well and there’s a larger table on the side if you are in a wheel chair. I look forward to coming back when I am in the area with immense time to waste and when I don’t feel like talking to anyone. Definitely check this out, highly recommend.

Goodbye standards. Today 10am, there was a sign in middle of Drive-thru stating, “Drive-thru Closed.” So I drive around, park my car, walk towards store. I’m almost hit by a woman in a white SUV with kids in backseat who saw Drive-thru CLOSED sign and swung her car around without checking for pedestrians. I was all the way to front door to see a teeny tiny handwritten note on interior of door stating “FACILITY CLOSED.” (Why didn’t the Drive-thru sign read “FACILITY CLOSED” if entire store closed?? Why is an entire coffee shop CLOSED late morning on a Monday?? Is this common practicenow since Covid, stores just randomly closing in middle of work day?) And the week before that, I waited in the Drive-thru line for 10+ minutes, watching 2 cars nearly hit each other, blowing their horns and other cars speeding through tight parking lot with pedestrians, while waiting for a cake pop. I had already been handed my espresso and I literally had to sit and wait with long line backed up because the young person with excessive facial and ear piercings running the bakery counter could not hand the person running the Drive-thru window a pre-cooked, pre-prepared cake pop. No wonder Starbucks are closing locations all over.

This store made the worst match latte. Normally I never have a issue. This match latte had clumps of matcha. I came home and straned it,and the amount of match on the bottom of the cup, yuk! Horrible! Won’t be back to this location.
