Been a while since I’ve visited. Ordered a burrito bowl, which has gotten pricey for a small scoop of protein and a skimpy amount of chips as well! You could do worse though!

The portions were tiny, barely half a scoop of meat, and definitely not worth the high price. The food was cold even though I dined in, and the chicken was gross, fatty, and completely flavorless. To make things worse, the soda machine was missing almost all of the options, with no warning when I was asked to purchase a drink cup. This is the reason everyone should just go to Chipotle. Horrible experience at Moes. This place has gone downhill.

I used to eat there all the time with my kids. Now, the place is super hot inside, over 80 degrees all the time, we can never eat there. A little fan does not help at all. I feel so bad for the poor ladies working behind the counter, sweating due to the lack of air conditioner in the restaurant. Somebody should call OSHA, that is not a good way to treat your employees.

Ordered food for takeout in restaurant for my husband and I. When I asked for Cilantro Lime rice the woman behind the counter picked up a fistful of cilantro, tossed it in the regular rice and then put it in my burrito. Once home and unwrapped, I noticed how small my burrito really was – all portions had to have been a half scoop, if that. First bite was full of rock hard rice that actually hurt to chew. I gave up less than halfway through my burrito and threw it out. My husbands was just as bad. So now we are out $40 and still need dinner. So disappointing

This Moe’s has improved in everything, really. The customer service is very good now. The food is plentiful and fresh. The speed of burrito making is quite fast and the dining room cleanliness and atmosphere is good, much better than a few years ago. I will say I was extremely disappointed, actually walked out without dinner this time, because the scanner that would accept my redemption code wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed for weeks. That is a corporate problem not a store problem, so I didn’t want to give less stars because of it.

The food was cold and I ate within the restraunt. Portions were half a scoop of meat not even a full spoon. The food was flavoress greasy and fatty. Some of the benches are not attached to the wall so fall forward when you try to sit down. No basket of chips they scooped about ten chips with there hands and broke half of them. They have a Block over one of the garbages so they just have to empty one. I decided to give this locale another chance and they continue to disappoint.

I ordered food for delivery from this location. They had one of the cheapest minimum for delivery but, their delivery fee is steep so, if you can get take out than I would suggest doing that, since I only ordered delivery because, my car was struck behind, a large solid mountain of ice from the truck shovels. I ordered a vegetarian stack with the free chips and the stack was warm, filling, and delicious. However, the stack was not folded properly, so I had to carefully hold it over a bowl, as the contains of the stack would have fallen out as I ate, which was disappointing. The delivery was quick and contactless as requested, but they didn’t call to inform me that, they were outside; the only way I knew that they came, was I heard them, coming up the stairs to my door. I don’t know why, the delivery person didn’t call, since I left them a tip and provided a phone number, during my order, so i just felt that they just didn’t care. If I didn’t hear the person, than my food would have sat out there in the cold since, I had no idea that they were out there. However, they were very stingy when it came to the salsa. There was barely enough salsa for three chips and there was only enough chips to partially fill the black container it came with, but I was so surprised that they barely provided any salsa for the chips and the fact that, the chips were cold. I ended up warming up the chips and using the little bit of salsa to sprinkle on top with some organic hummus so, I could at least make a meal out of it. Overall, the stack was delicious, as well as the salsa and the chips, but I just wished they provided enough salsa for your chips and warmed up the chips a little bit, to bring out the flavor because, the chips taste so delicious when warm and took more time to fold the stack properly so the customer doesn’t have to carefully handle it, so their food won’t fall out. I don’t think I can recommend this place for delivery; it might be a better location for takeout, so you can at least inspect your food before you leave, to make certain it is made right and they actually provide enough chips and salsa for your needs.
