Very disappointed with Moe’s Catering. Ordered lunch for 20 ppl (1 Taco Bar and 1 Fajita Bar) – each for 10 people for a total of 20. Problem is we barely had enough food to feed 17 people. When they delivered and setup and took the foil off the food pans most, if not all of the food trays were only half full, some were actually less than half full. Also, the beef for the Taco’s tasted like all Taco powder and not meat. The Catering Mgr. had the nerve to blame me for the way I ordered the lunch. Can u imagine? I will stick with Chipotle for Mexican food for my next staff lunch.

I went in Sunday December 21st. I wanted the burrito dippers, I wanted to add sour cream, she told me it couldn’t be modified that there was no button for her to press but that i could get it on the side. She was rude. I just walked out. Never had a bad experience here until now.

I knew it was going to be a gamble eating here when the first thing I saw was no protective barrier behind the counter. Every pathogen and particle that enters the front doors can easily get into the food. Proteins looked severely dried out. I saw steam coming out between two of the 6 pans and understood why.
For those that don’t know, steam does heat up food (and should only do so on a very short-term basis), and it also can dehydrate food by the molecules vibrating until they evaporates from the heat.
Food also looked like it was made many hours ago. Tacos are definitely overpriced. Rice bowl with spicy chicken only have a flavor profile because of the jalapeños.
Located in the Hamden Plaza off RT 15, exit 60. I probably will never return, but maybe you’ll have a better experience if you’re willing to risk it.

I usually prefer restaurants over chains! But we were shopping in Hamden, and decided to stop here for lunch. Bowl was tastier than I expected. Chips were freshly made and were on house. They had variety of salsas to choose from! Better than expected

Two heavy set woman were there along with a tall skinny guy who kept leaving the store letting everyone know. They all were very unprofessional this by far was the worst experience. Food was horrible. What a waste. Chicken was dry and just gross. There was no corn at 8:30pm and was scraping the pans for rice. Lettuce was pink. Like what is going on at this location? Lost a customer definitely. Girl that took my order was rude . Didn’t get a welcome a have a good night nothing. Just very rude.

customer service experience was horrible from the very beginning and I didn’t even set foot in a restaurant I made a mobile order to my house and I received my order all completely wrong I pursued to reach out to them and their number was not even in service. days later it finally worked reached out to the manager multiple times with this back and forth about my refund that I never received. Now I have to continue wasting my time and I’ll call my bank to dispute discharge because people can’t simply just do their job correctly or maybe they just don’t care I ordered a steak potato bowl with extra steak and I received little bits and pieces of steak no potatoes and a bonus rice how wonderful. I would stay away from this restaurant till there is better management and they have a better train crew.

The customer service at this store is absolutely horrible the heavy set black girl with the glasses has a very nasty attitude every time she works. I called to tell them my order was messed up and she was very rude and belligerent. The manager was not available. They kept saying that they didn’t know where he was or when he was coming back.
