Employees themselves are plenty courteous and efficient, store isnt in shambles or anything. I used to eat here a lot more frequently, but the last 2-3 times i got my usual (a burrito bowl), it has come with literally half the food they used to give. im talking, i can see the bottom of the bowl before i open it- empty. I’m not expecting more meat or cheese or anything, but at least give me enough rice? for $12 a bowl? i think i’ll be going to storrs or chipotle.

Just got a Steak bowl from this Moe’s yesterday. Ordered online and picked it up about 12 minutes later. It was an amazing amount of food I was stuffed after finishing the bowl. 5-stars!

The DM Kyle Lynch is absolutely terrible to his employee. He will not answer calls or texts about things happening in the store. He also doesn’t care about the cleanliness of the store or if things are broken. They have 3 high chairs. 2 are broken and the 3rd has black mold. The soda machine has black mold inside. This place has a high turn over because management is an absolute disgrace. There are too many fast food options, not to mention this isn’t even authentic Mexican food, nor is it any good or worth what you’re paying for it.

We have ordered take out from the Willimantic Moes many times. More times than not something is missing. Tonight an entire meal was missing and the manager was very condescending when we called. If you want a good Mexican restaurant experience I would suggest going elsewhere.

All the employees are friendly and respectful to anyone that walks into their establishment. Cleanliness is on point here, I’ve yet to see it super dirty or notice any problems when I visit. Especially during the Covid pandemic, I’ve seen the staff routinely cleaning tables and door handles to help prevent any potential spread of any viruses. The food always tastes nice and fresh, yet if ever your order isn’t correct or to your satisfaction I’ve seen them gladly replace the item or whatever they can do in order to keep all customers happy and satisfied with each visit to the store. All this that I’ve noticed from this location in particular is just another reason for me to continually come back for future purchases knowing that whatever I get from their awesome employees will be made exactly to my preference.

Always fast service….i just wish they would drain their beans and pico anything that makes juices a little better. I would get my food come home and if I don’t eat it immediately it gets soggy other than that…also the juices they put out along with the tea is never out when i get there granted I will go like an hr before they close but i feel like it should still be out at that time.
