I went here on a Saturday so the food was very fresh. It’s a really good deal for only 12 bucks.
The flavor is great they definitely know what they’re doing but some of the servers could talk a little louder ;).

This place has definite gone downhill. Ordered vegetarian Home wrecker. Looked and tasted stale. Salsa bar is almost empty. Store is dirty, the soda machine has a pool of water in front of it. Never been to a more dirty place.

The burrito was rolled so poorly everything was falling out. The rice is under cooked and hard, the chicken has pockets of un-seasoned and over-seadoned bites, the bathrooms smell and are just very gross. I can only imagine what the back of the kitchen looks like.
Their fountain machine also has no ice and warm soda. Seems like they just aren’t keeping this place up anymore.
I used to come here a lot and it was much better. Probably stick away from this location or just go to Chipotle if you really need a burrito.

Burrito was good and the location was fine. The managers here were stingy though, we asked for more chips and they told us we had to pay extra, they don’t understand what unlimited chips and salsa means. Not only that, they tried to upcharge us for the white meat chicken. Otherwise, it was alright.

What a shame, walked in here and knew this place would be a disappointment. Dirty tables and trash everywhere!! I go to order and they were out of most items. Ordered a steak bowl and it was awful. The meat was not cut and it was not cooked. Felt sick after eating here, and will not be back

I got sprite with a water cup (because the drink machine was out of water,) and the employee sprinted at me from behind the counter, grabbed my wrist, and slapped the cup out of my hand so hard that it exploded (literally it was in shreds,) and the sprite got all over the floor and surrounding customers. I then asked for tap water and the guy told me to drink from the bathroom sink. This sounds made up but I swear it happened these employees are crazy. The food was pretty good though.

For some reason every table in this place is crooked. I’m not sure what it is. Maybe weak walls, thin steel, or oversized guests. They all lean slightly. The food still makes it to my mouth, regardless of the table slope.
I generally get a stack when I come, and they’ve always been tasty. I’ve attempted to put every ingredient in, just to challenge them to fold and grill it, and they always succeed. Well done stack stuffers.
Service is usually pretty good, and staff generally appear to be in good spirits. This time no one yelled “Welcome to Moe’s”, but who wants to yell through a covid mask. Well, probably all of us, but not 500 times a day for work.
So. Yeah, I’ll be back to Moe’s. Cuz it’s legit.

This place is so gross. I stopped eating here after my last burrito. I ate half of it and all the liquid seeped down to the bottom and it felt like a dirty diaper. Made me gag it was so gross. Definitely recommend Chipotle but if you MUST have moes, try the one on williston road in south burlington.

When I was standing in line, I noticed there was a glowing object sitting by the soda dispensary. I got distracted and walked over there and noticed these small white packets, I tried one of them out and they were so good. You have to try them, oh and it’s FREE!!!! Edit: this one blue packet was mixed in with the white packets and has a very strange after taste
